Jose came and did a great job checking my AC system electrical. He was on time, thorough and showed me what he found. Overall I had a great experience.

Work was done well, however other things changed review from 5 to 3 star. I had 3 ceiling fans installed that I bought online. On 1 fan the remote switch was defective. He offered to go pick up a new one. Had I known the new switch was $170, that would have changed my mind. Also, the estimate of the cost of work done was 15% higher, after a $50 coupon. My appointment time was switched without my knowledge on the first meeting. I was told there was no service call, but somehow it's included in the cost. Overpriced for what was done.

I had a whole house surge protector installed recently in Houston. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, which was the only day I could get it done. Sal called 10 minutes before the appointment and came in exactly on time (no pun intended). Sal was very courteous and got the job done fast. Left me a card to call him directly with any issues. This is the second job I have them do and would hire them again.

Baron was very helpful and taught me about the situation I had. It turns out the switch had been tripped.

I was recommended Harmony by the previous home owner - Raoul the electrician arrived on time and went about trouble shooting the issue which he solved within the first hour. I called and spoke with Robert Bakenhus about pulling power to a covered patio addition on the back of my house. Robert came out to my place to take a look at the project and provide me a quote. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and was able to provide great suggestions as to how he could get it done. After this meeting I felt very confident that his company would get the job done exactly how I wanted. He provided me a quote the next day and the pricing was very reasonable. I hired them for the job and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, the two electricians (Geoff and Terrell) showed up on time and ready to work. I walked them through what Robert and I had talked about and they were already aware of exactly what needed to be done (this was very reassuring). The guys finished the job very efficiently and the finished product was very professional and clean. I had them wire in 4 can lights, one ceiling fan, and a box for a flood light over a grill area with its own outdoor switch. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire process with Bakenhus Electric. Would absolutely hire them again.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

Told Burt what was going on with the house. There was miscommunication and the problem was not taken care of after spending $5300.00. Now they want an additional $1000.00 to fix the problem. That was a deal offered after they quoted me $1600.00 Apparently I need additional work and Bert made a note on the stating I denied the initial work only after asking Burt if what I needed was essential. He said no. So why would I agree to pay $5300 not an additional 1600 to get the electric up to par? I will never use Mr. Electric or their parents sister company Mr. Rooter, who never answers the phone by the way ever again.

I called this emergency electrician over to fix my power cord when it was unplugged at the breaker box. They came right away and fixed it, so I'm very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

Generally, I have been pleased with the service provided by Wired. However, due to poor communication from the technicians, my most recent experience to have a light fixture installed ended up costing much more than was reasonable! Long story short - the first technician determined that a light fixture could not be repaired, but had to be replaced. I purchased what I thought was the correct fixture based upon his guidance; the next technician determined that it was, in fact, not the correct fixture, therefore requiring another trip charge. So 3 trip charges later, and after 2 trips to the hardware store, the correct fixture was installed.As I do not have any electrical expertise, I depend upon the technicians to provide me with good information, but that didn't happen in this case. Trip charges and fuel/toll charges add up in a hurry! I will certainly be sure to be provided with better information in the future.
