I received a free quote from A1 Plus Electrical and was impressed with the technician's professionalism and willingness to answer all of my questions.

Called them to do some diagnosis and electric repair in a rental property we own downtown Houston. The staff was so friendly and professional and they were able to go out same day. The tech kept me up to speed on everything he was doing and everything he found that needed repairing. He even waited patiently for me to get approval to go ahead with the repairs. We will be using them for all of our needs for that rental from now on!!

I am giving Right Touch Electric a ZERO rating because they sent an electrician to my home on 7/17/ 17 to replace two internet connected wall switches to my home and the electrician blew the connection to the plugs through out the system. He had to put regular switches in to make it work temporarily. He then charged me $610 for his botched work and I had to call in another electrician to take out the switches he installed and replace them with correct switches and then get them programmed. What makes this review even more horrible - I rec'd a call from Right Touch Electrical to ask how the electrician did and I told them the terrible service and they told me the owner was going to show up on 7/24/17 with the new company..... He never showed up and still has not called back to see if the problem was fixed - today is 7/27/17.

I called and spoke with Robert Bakenhus about pulling power to a covered patio addition on the back of my house. Robert came out to my place to take a look at the project and provide me a quote. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and was able to provide great suggestions as to how he could get it done. After this meeting I felt very confident that his company would get the job done exactly how I wanted. He provided me a quote the next day and the pricing was very reasonable. I hired them for the job and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, the two electricians (Geoff and Terrell) showed up on time and ready to work. I walked them through what Robert and I had talked about and they were already aware of exactly what needed to be done (this was very reassuring). The guys finished the job very efficiently and the finished product was very professional and clean. I had them wire in 4 can lights, one ceiling fan, and a box for a flood light over a grill area with its own outdoor switch. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire process with Bakenhus Electric. Would absolutely hire them again.

I lost power to my electrical system and was having a hard time trying to figure out why I wad very stressed, they came to my home made calls to my electrical provider and saved me a bunch of money and a headache! I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

I called this company when I needed electrical assistance right away. That afternoon, someone was coming over, and they were really pleasant and prepared. The electrician fixed a few little issues and fitted a new light fixture to make up for the lost time. In other words, you'll pay the price that was quoted to you.

From the initial estimate to the end, they were fast and friendly, with quality service. They had 4 projects and we're done within hours, brought their own vacuum to clean up the mess, and they were honest about what wasn't their tool and what was. We love them!!
