Javier Martinez did an awesome job walking me through the steps on what went wrong. He fixed the issue right away. I appreciate him coming out and fixing the problem. He was very knowledgeable and kind when speaking. He wasn't bothered when I asked questions or told him the steps I took before he came out. I live near the Heights and have used these guys for several jobs, always with solid work, courteous service, and a fair price. This has included a couple of big jobs, including replacing my entire service panel. For just a few hundred bucks they were able to add a main disconnect/lockout and plug whereby I can safely run most of the house off of a portable generator; an inexpensive alternative to the fixed generators that some people install, at a cost of thousands, for a once-every-20-year event.I usually get multiple bids out of habit, but keep coming back to Harmony. Do yourself a favor and avoid the big companies that advertise aggressively...the service is no better and they jack up their prices to justify the advertising. You can bet they also spend a small fortune scrubbing their on-line reviews. I prefer to support the honest, little guy.

The electricians we have had the pleasure of interacting with are knowledgeable, honest, and respectful (Tae, Salat, and Andres). I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

We couldn't have asked for more. Tyrell came out on a Sunday, 2 days after Christmas and restored our power quickly. We had loose wires on a plug that shut down of our house. We give him an A++ rating.
