Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. I was trying a bathroom remodel on my own. Hooking up the custom vanity drain was beyond my skill set. A1 came and offered advice on how to make it fit. They worked with me on a tight budget when I elected to have them perform this part of the remodel. I am very happy with the work done. I would never had been able to configure the P-trap with the obstacles inside the cabinet.

The electrician checked 2 light switches and the circuit breakers. He replaced a light switch and charged me $406. So, I was charged $406 to replace a light switch. I would stay away from this company.

I live in the Heights. Had them come over to install a new outlet for a security camera which required they tap into an existing circuit I had run for a gate motor. They talked me through the options for surface-mounting the electrical box, how they were going to cut into the existing conduit, and after we settled on a location for the new box, they left to get exactly the parts they needed. They returned in less than an hour and completed the work. It has worked perfectly, they came the day I called, left no mess. It wasn't free, but I got exactly what I wanted and quickly. Perfectly fine experience.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !
