This was a great choice; two tech’s showed up which was good as I had 5 ceiling fans to install-including 1 external up high location. Very friendly and professional; while going inside / outside they would wear covers over their shoes being careful not to soil the home floors. Price was good and well worth as they saved me time & stress. No regrets!

They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. Terrible! I had an appointment from 3-5 today. I cancelled work, clients, and arranged for kids to be picked up from school. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called and left a message and within minutes Jeremy who was supposed to show up called. They obviously informed him right then and he said he had told them he couldn't come. No one informed me! They wouldn't even have called. Wasted two hours of my life. Is this how people run a business?? Will not be using their service, or should I say lack of. Save yourself the time and call someone else. not even worth a star

The caliber of my outside lighting system needed to be improved. The technician made two recommendations and gave estimates for each. A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!
