It went very well, the plumber called when he was on the way and arrived as promised. performed the needed repairs in a professional and courteous manner. I had used this company before and they are easy to work with I had barely finished the purchase and they called to schedule the repair.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. I'm at the final stages of renovating an older home and needed to do the necessary in order to bring the water heater up to code. TJ and his partner came in and we're very open and informative about the items that were needed. The quote was reasonable and the work was very quick and well done. I have no complaints - I do recommend them.(Edit) I had another call out for a plumbing situation that was long overdue. Justin and his partner came into the evaluation and gave the best course of action that would not cost an arm and a leg. They also educated me in the process. After installing a new box, they advise me on how to take care of it to avoid future call-outs for non emergencies. They even install the gas line on my cooktop. This is an extremely helpful company. Highly recommend.2020 UPDATE:After an overlooked AC line leak resulted in soaked sheetrock, I woke up to a portion of my ceiling on my floor. I called Turbo Home and they sent someone out the same day, ahead of estimated time. The AC repair was fixed fast and now we are on to the ceiling and insulation. Good to know they still provide quality service and reasonable rates. ??

Hired them to unclog a drain, tech was able to identify the problem and snake it from the attic, took probably 45 minutes , charged a ridiculous $ 380 !!!

I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
