Best Electrical Outlet in Houston TX

We purchased LED lights through Paul Richard for our kitchen under counter lighting to replace older fluorescent fixtures that kept breaking at a pretty reasonable price. Johnathon was on time and very proficient in removing and installing the new lights. They look and work great. We are scheduling more work to update other outdated light fixtures for newer high efficiency ones.

Upon scheduling the service through Amazon on a Wednesday, I requested the two available Saturday timeslots as preference 1 and 2, to prevent inconveniencing either my or my wife's schedule. I selected the following Monday afternoon (2-4 PM) as my third choice, which was the time slot that A-1 Plus confirmed later that day, meaning my wife or I would have to stay home that afternoon.I talked with A-1 Plus at 8:10 AM on Monday morning, and verified that they would be available during the time slot. I also asked if the 24' ceiling would be an issue, to which the lady responded, I do not believe so, but I will check with the electrician and give you a call back. I also confirmed with the lady that there would not be any additional charge for the higher ceiling.After not receiving a call back, I called A-1 Plus at 11:38 AM to confirm that they would be able to perform the install. This time the lady asked for my name and looked up my appointment in the system. She placed me on a brief hold to confirm that the high ceiling would not be a problem, and came back on the line to tell me that all should be fine and they would perform the job on time as scheduled.After my wife stayed at home all afternoon waiting for their arrival, I received a call at 3:42 PM from A-1 Plus stating that they would not be able to perform the job that day because they would need a special ladder. She asked if they could reschedule for the next morning between 9 AM and 11 AM, at which time they would have the correct equipment for the install. Believing that they would be able to install the fan, we accepted the new time, and the fact that one of us would have to miss work again.A-1 Plus arrived shortly after 11:00 AM only to walk into the house and look up at the ceiling and state that they would not be able to install the fan on that height of ceiling. They then measured the ceiling height where the fan was to be swapped and stated that it was a 22' ceiling, which is 2 foot lower than what I had told the and repeatedly confirmed.So after two days of having to stay at home and several phone calls to confirm the details, A-1 Plus now says the best they can do is schedule yet another date for the install, for which they will charge at least $190.00.To me, this is unacceptable business practice

On Time didn’t pay their bills, and now their vendors are threatening to take “their” property from us. Save yourself the heartache ?

It is very very very bad Company and expensive, and trying to draw a lot of money from costumer so I don't recommended this company to make any fix.

Do NOT contact them for service! They’ll take your money without doing the service you asked for! Then pretend they have no idea what your talkin about!

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. USE SOMEONE ELSE. I recently made the huge mistake of using this company. We had several a/c plugs in the laundry room and one on the outside by the back door that quit working. Their electrician spent about an hour trying to find the source of the problem. He never succeeded and insisted on charging around $180 for his time, even though he failed to find and correct the problem. I tried to reach a supervisor or customer service and they wouldn’t even bother to return my call. Ripoff artists....

When our neighborhood lost power, I called an electrician to get it back on. The electrician was prompt for the first two sessions, and he worked quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with his work at first, but when his third session rolled around, I realized that he hadn't accomplished anything.
