Larry performed a repair on the can lights in my kitchen. I'm glad he did because apparently the wires were loose and burning! He and Damien were very courteous and communicative. I appreciated little touches like asking if he could sweep up the little bit of drywall dust off my floor. Yes the fixed price of two hours plus trip charge may seem steep, but worth it for peace of mind/not having my house burn down and for supporting local businesses.

DO NOT CONTACT IF YOU DON’T SPEAK SPANISH. The service I paid for is NOT what I asked for. The technicians were late both days. I was given a quote that I thought was reasonable after I told the gentleman doing the estimate EXACTLY what I needed...multiple times to make sure there was no confusion. I SHOWED him examples of what I needed on 3 separate outlets in my house to make sure he understood what I needed because it was different than a normal install. I showed him the examples because my home was built with them. I clearly said this is what I need. I work from home from 2 different companies. I need this! The day of install the technicians didn’t seem to know what was going on. They spoke little English and still got it wrong. Then tried to charge extra to fix what they screwed up. I still have to pay someone else to come do the job correctly.

Salat did an excellent job installing a surge protector on my electrical panel. After a surge tripped too many breakers one night we deemed it well worth the money to ensure I don’t loose appliances, etc. Salat was courteous, thorough and efficient. He replaced a ceiling fan and fixed a smoke alarm with a loose wire as well as change the battery in one that was unreachable for me. He left the areas clean. I have used On- Time before and will use them again as well as recommended them to anyone who needs dependable service.

Justin did a great job. Very professional and clean job. Price was very competitive even on a weekend. We will continue to use Mr.Sparky.

Do NOT contact them for service! They’ll take your money without doing the service you asked for! Then pretend they have no idea what your talkin about!

The electricians were very helpful. I lost power to my electrical system and was having a hard time trying to figure out why I wad very stressed, they came to my home made calls to my electrical provider and saved me a bunch of money and a headache! I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Sunday evening at 7 pm part of my power went out. I called Wired and John came out within the hour and discovered that it was actually a problem with the power company. Thank you so much for helping me very quickly. Will be using them again.

These guys are simply the best! They were right on time, got the job done efficiently and quickly. They were polite and explained in full what they planned to do and the costs up front, and they changed up so I barely knew they were there .

On a whim in need of an electrician, I googled services in my zip code, and Tavella popped up. I read the reviews and called and got a call right back. Dan walked me through what would be done and how it would do it. The pricing was fair and was well worth it. He installed a ceiling fan and ran all the electricity needed on my porch to make it possible because there was no existing light to tap into.
