The electrician did a great job!

So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

Waited all day for a call from Mr. Sparky. It is now 6:30 and never a call. Why would anyone do business with someone who handles their business this way. Set the appointment on Thursday. Guess they just don't need the business.

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

Nextdoor Electric gets a Big High Five from me!! They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

They were able to get out for an inspection quickly, and then were able to make an appointment to come out and start work in a fast and responsive fashion.

The Technician was very professional. He had enough experience to take an alternate path to make the proper connections for the 2 smoke detector installations.

We had quite a list when we moved into our new home in Houston and Elixir Electrician helped us with everything. We even added things to the list when he got there and noticed the lights in our chandelier were out. He got right up there and changed them for us! He’s amazing and we’ve had issues with other contractors not doing the right thing but we have never had to worry about that with Elixir. They will continue to be our go-to electricians and we tell everyone we know about them as well! They’re that good!
