John and Mike are great. I first met the Allure crew when my master bathroom shower pan failed. John let me create a wheelchair accessible bathroom out of a very small space. Six months later I finally decided to remodel my 1970's kitchen. The final product was amazing.

John allowed me to implement my designs. When picking tiles, John was a phone call away to confirm measurements or advise on products. I also sourced some reclaimed ceiling tiles which with team work made a wonderful back splash. Mike would consult on installation issues. I am planning the next bathroom to be remodeled, can't wait to hire the Allure crew again. I will post pictures soon.

Technicians arrived on time . They introduced themselves and informed me of what they where going to do . They were diligent and professional. They removed me old tub and shower stall and installed a beautiful large shower in 2 days as stipulated in my contract. It was a pleasure to do business with Pacific bath from the start to completion I highly recommend them!

Phoenix Home Remodeling did our master bath remodel and we were very pleased with the process and the results. Very rude unprofessional people. They are too busy to be polite. I asked one too many questions about my quote on the phone to Audra the decorator and she freaked out at me. The manager explained her behavior that she stressed. No apology. We will go where our business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

OMG!!! We are in heaven!!! We remodeled our upstairs master bathroom to accommodate my pending hip re-replacement which would require a 3 month recovery. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom! Derek suggested an Aqua Therapy Tub with jets, light therapy, and macro bubbler to exfoliate the skin and leave it baby soft. It’s AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the tub! Derek also extended the shower to accommodate a wheelchair and added a handheld shower head along with a rain shower head. The shower experience is just as amazing as the tub...well, almost! Derek’s work is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous with his work. And he is very accommodating and easy to work with. My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Remodeling feels like your home is turned upside down, TWD went above and beyond to accommodate me, high on perfection, polite, timely, resolves any issues promptly and made sure I was happy and overly satisfied. Kudos to Jack (Project Manager) for always going above and beyond even if it was on his own personal time. I highly recommend TWD!

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. Bad Company said we won some certificates at the home show for 1,500 off scheduled for Saturday they never called to confirm I called them said they weren't going to be able to make it very poor company I would not suggest them to anybody if you can't make it to schedule the work how can you make it to do the work bunch of BS, owner called back prior to his response sounded partially drunk asking what he could do to make it right I told them they should have scheduled correctly and made it out to the appointment they told me somebody was supposed to be having a baby not had a baby and they never told me that when it was scheduling this was when I called to complain and they didn't have me scheduled for Saturday they have me scheduled for Tuesday so the owner can say what he wants it's a bad company I've had a bad experience with them owner should not be calling people crying like that

Luxury Bath of Phoenix did a great job of tearing out the existing shower and replacing it with a new jetted bathtub/shower. They were very experienced and did a fantastic job with the installation. They were also very personable and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone contemplating a similar project

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
