Best Wall Tile in Phoenix AZ

Renco was hired by my HOA to repair my balcony. To date almost 8 months later they have not resolved many issues. I currently have a negative slope to my balcony and standing water when it rains. They did not re-install the drain. They were very sloppy in applying the surface, splashing on my windows and door frame. Renco sealed the door to my storage closet shut. They have not provided to me warranty or maintenance information. In addition, they were extremely poor at managing the project by not giving me proper notice, they leaving my balcony furniture out in the common lawn area. Renco charged the amount they estimated even though they did not perform all the work on the estimate.

Complete replacement of fabric and plywood underlayment, copper valleys, chimney, skylights, and edge flashings. Very neat work in the worst of August heat. Careful cleanup afterwards. Very pleased with responsiveness.

My experience with this company and Eric was fantastic! We had a small amount of roof damage from a wind/rain storm and within 48 hours of my first call to the company, Eric was at my house and had repaired and assessed my entire roof. Eric was very professional, on time, knowledgeable and emailed me the current status of my entire roof and recommendations on how to care for it going forward. This company put my roof on the back half of my house because there was leak that soaked my main bath's ceiling. The job looked very good and upon further inspection I notice that I could see all the nails that were used in the eaves around my roof. I called and they sent out a rep to fix it. Well the first rain after my roof leaked in a different location and created large brown spot in my master room. I called them and they came out and patched what they thought might have caused it. Never did they enter my attic to see if they could see where it leaked. So I called and asked who would be correcting the damage in the master bedroom ceiling, Steve acted like it wasn't a big deal that his company's work caused this and seemed to think I should be fixing it and then agreed to have someone come out. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. Customer service for this company stinks and I recommend trying someone else!

Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price. Mike the estimator spent time to explain the process and followed up with me to help us get the roof installation set up and completed.
