Best Tile in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. The gentlemen replaced an old oval tub with a new Jacuzzi Shower. Matt, Gavin and Dustin were all so nice and immediately went to work making sure everything was covered up in the bedroom, as we have a open bathroom and bedroom. They were very professional and the cleanup was wonderful. I love my new shower as it is beautiful.

Pretty unusual experience with this company. They came out for a house that we are renovating. Their sales pitch is so over-the-top, and the sales person was extremely insistent and was really nervous and it was just a very uncomfortable situation. I was with that guy for two hours in a home that did not have the best air-conditioning. I made it clear that I had to get back to work and also my mom was watching our toddler at home but he just kept on selling and obviously was trying to get me a quote While I was in front of him.I literally had to just tell him that I had to leave and that he needed to wrap it up, like despite all my not-so-subtle hint he just kept on trying to sell and sell.I’ve had dozens of people come out to this house and provide bids for various projects. The two other people I had out for windows took less than 20 minutes. Don’t know why this took two hours. He told me it’s pretty standard for it to take three hours.I don’t like writing bad reviews but this was just a very unprofessional approach.

They went the extra mile to make sure it was adorable and exactly what we wanted. What an amazing experience and new Kitchen we walked away with!!! Both friendly and professional would never go anywhere else!!

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Mike and Julie are true professionals. I went through a major remodel of my home and Mike and Julie, owners of Crafted, set proper expectations upfront and exceeded the expectations in the end. After having 5 full-bids outlining same conceptual remodel, and meeting each contractor personally, Crafted stood head-and-shoulders above the rest. Crafted's bid was competitive, detailed, and provided options I did not consider without increasing the bid. Even with moving the kitchen from one side of the room to the other, moving walls back, changing exterior window size, 1800 sq/ft of new flooring and baseboards, the project was completed before the agreed upon date! Grateful for having been referred to Crafted. If you are in need of a professional, respectful, honest ontractor/GC I can and will refer you too to Crafted! Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Purchased over a year ago and they have still not gotten all installed and working. Also owe us a refund on two shower shelves and possibly for tile used in one bathroom (the original bid was to include a tile, but they later said they didn't have that tile. Bid never adjusted). Now they just don't answer the phone or accept faxes. Two people formerly with them have left. Our job and bill still not fiished

The remodeling was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Everything that they said they would do was done. Our remodel tech Sam was very professional and did an excellent job all around. He made us feel comfortable being in our home and will 100% request him when we do our remodel on our other restroom. Definitely request Sam when setting up your remodel appointment. ?

Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don’t rush your job, which means you’re going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait.

A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years.

Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you’re doing a remodel. I honestly thought they were going to be way to expensive, but they proved to be by far the best of the best for quality, value and affordability.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

We love Holtzmans!! This company is the best, from our salesperson to our designer and our superintendent. This was like no other project we had taken on, you always hear remodels are a nightmare. Not with Holtzmans. They helped with our plans, permits, HOA and made this process easy. They have a calendar that let us know who was coming in our home and when. If we do another project big or small we will use them again. Thank you to the entire Holtzmans staff!!!!

TWD did an awesome job from the design, budget and construction of my remodel. My home was built in 1980 and was in need of updating which meant a few walls had to be removed and both bathrooms and kitchen needed to be torn out and replaced. Ron was my designer and he was spot on from the first time I had spoken with him. Other contractors I had interviewed were not as forthcoming in the beginning to help me calculate the basic costs of what I wanted to do but Ron gave me estimated costs as we went through the house on his first visit which helped me greatly. Ron also came up with 2 ideas that solved issues with my house layout. The planning phase was an in depth review of every piece of everything that had to be worked on and the scope of work was detailed in writing for us both to agree on the work that was to be done. I appreciated the detailed description that I was working with and it also made sure that they completed all aspects of the job. My job took about 12 weeks and through out I was kept informed and was able to see progress through their web site system which included photographs of the tear down and reconstruction. We did make a couple of changes which were handled effectively and when the work was done, they made sure every small detail was made satisfactory to me. Good job TWD....I have gotten so many compliments from the neighbors who watched and heard the construction over a 12 week period.....My house is now up to date and I love it.

Really enjoyed working with Ross. He always had quality in mind and always seemed to go the extra mile. As a former contractor, I highly recommend him for your bathroom remodel!

I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. I'm amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!
