I have worked with AZ Fire & Water for the last few years. They have always been professional and communication is extremely helpful in helping decide how to move forward after something bad has happened!

A big thanks to Everett for coming out to our home. We had a water leak from pipes upstairs that leaked into the downstairs. He cut open the walls, treated the newly formed mold, and dried everything. He was very knowledgeable and there for us every step along the way. He was very professional and we were happy with how he cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend Jenkins Restorations!

Juan and Michael were very kind and understanding while also taking great care of my home. They had to take apart some of the house (cabinets, wall, floor) and they did it quickly and kept everything clean with no dust or trash anywhere. They came back quickly to remove the fans they had set up to dry the house. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

Working with them was wonderful! They were quick to mitigate any further disaster and responsive to all communication. They helped communicate with insurance and were so kind working while all my kids were home! They were so friendly and knowledgeable.

Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

They were so amazing polite and professional. I couldn’t ask for a better company to come out and help me. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I’m a very happy customer.

This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run

My husband and I experienced a house fire on August 21st and several weeks later hired Zona to restore our home. I am now several months after that point and my home is still not done after being quoted three to four weeks max. I am in my mothers home with my family and we are across the street from our house. Each day I drive in my mom's drive way I check the house and I see they have not done any work. They were quick to collect our money and slow to start and continue the work. I do not know what to do to Motivate them to complete the work I hired them to do. I will never recommend them to ANYONE. I wish I could give them a negative star rating.

Acuity Builders did a fantastic job. They were able to fit within the expenses covered by my insurance and finish the work sooner than anticipated. They removed the old floors and baseboards, painted the house inside and out, put new floors in and had someone come and clean the entire house. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done on their home!

Robert did an AMAZING job fixing our carpet. Our beagle ripped up a big chunk and now it looks brand new and we are so happy with his service. He was polite and on time and I just cant thank him enough !! Will definitely refer him to my friends and family.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
