We are more than pleased with our shower. It was done professionally and with care. They said it would take two days and it did. Outside of a little trim work that did not get done, we are very happy.

Installed a new shower in the master bathroom. The installers Wayne & Andrew did a great job. They were very, efficient, and keep there work space cleaned at all times. Both worked non- stop until finished. Hello. I had a walk in shower install and the old tub removed in my master bathroom so I guess you could qualify that as a remodel. My person, Cameron Rudge, did a beautiful job, even finishing a day earlier than estimated. Each day he would show and explain to me what was done that day. He was very courteous, and would let me know what time he would be there the next day and was on time. He cleaned up before leaving and on the final day he did more thorough clean up. I love my new shower and Cameron did an excellent job.

Both Alejandro and Jordon were amazing and friendly! They got the job done quickly and honestly made me feel super comfortable with them working on my bathroom. Both of them were really informative and easy to talk to! 10/10 recommend them doing your bathroom

Over the years we have worked with many contractors and we can say with confidence that Derek Rogers and his crew are the best of them all. We started with a walk in tub. This went so smoothly that we added a number of additional projects, all completed in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. When there was a small issue some tile Derek jumped in and got things sorted. out.

priced against the competition, Optum is for you. Not only are they very well priced but the salesman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will educate you and help you design a beautiful shower or tub. I would recommend Optum to anyone.

Had them resurface tub, shower, back walls and 2 sinks. They were very careful and thorough throughout the entire process. Thomas is a true pro in his job on site. Colleen was extremely professional and helpful with the whole job. I would recommend this company to anyone considering renovation on a budget. Job was finished on time and looks amazing.

So I go to the showroom to look at what they sell...right away I was told no prices were available...that (as I figures) I would need to set up an appointment with a designer...then I would get a quote start to finish with Re-Bath doing all the work..I was also informed that from day one Re-Bath does any repairs or service on the unit ? Look they may have an awesome product...do awesome work ...but I refuse to allow the headlock you throw on anyone doing business with you...tell me what it cost...from the jump...I will decide if it fits my budget...not jumping thru hoops to do business with you on your terms

From electrical to plumbing to construction, everything is done in-house by top-notch workers in the trade. They were at my house and on time every day, ready to work. Words really don't do justice to their work.

I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

Tyler did a great job refinishing my kitchen backsplash. Work was done on time and on budget. Would highly recommend their work.

Retro Pro did a phenomenal job with our Master Bath and we would use them again for future remodeling and/or recommendations. My husband and I met with Eric and Angela last year to discuss remodeling our very tiny master bath. We wanted to incorporate part of the closet to make room for a tub while also redesign the bathroom to feel more spacious. They were very interested in our ideas while also being up-front with what would work within the space available.

Eric and Angela were patient on deliberating with us. And, after closing in on a final plan we quickly chose our finishes with Angela's help. We had met at our place to take measurements and Angela had gathered information on our tastes for colors, cabinets, countertops etc. She was ready when we came to their shop with options that would fit our style. Because we travel, the work would be done while we were out of town. This worked great for us and everything was done without a hitch. Eric's attention to detail and the ability to articulate the information via texts and phone made communication easy. Additionally, Steve, the production manager and Nestor the project manager were in communication daily with comments and pictures via text. So, we always knew what was happening. The finished product was better than we could have imagined.

Jerry and his team have always taken great care of all the customers that our team at The Tile Shop Tempe send his way. They take all the stress out of the remodeling process! Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
