I wanted this email to be one of the first things you saw Monday morning. I had my first bath in my Kohler walk-in tub Saturday night and have to tell you it was just short of heavenly. What made the whole thing so wonderful was the incredible installation job which your Lead Installer, Joe Martinez, accomplished. They made it exquisite.
He went miles out of his way to create a beautiful tile backsplash, move the tub out from the wall to place a shelf behind it and retile the floor. Joe and his assistant, Lorentavious Robinson, left my entire house spotless. They put down tarps and canvas walkways, plastic protective walls so my bedroom, which is just beyond the bathroom, was totally dust-free.
Every night they swept, vacuumed and cleaned up everything so I could use the bathroom easily. They did not leave behind a single trace of all the work they did.

Joe and LT were such a pleasure to have in my home. So courteous, careful and pleasant. Actually, much nicer than most of my family! (Just kidding!)

To refer back to the backsplash behind the tub, it was necessary to remove the decorative tile which was in place before the walk-in tub arrived and, fortunately, I had extra tile available. Joe cut and matched and put together this really beautiful tile wall piece (I have attached a picture so you can see what he did).

I can't say enough about Joe's professionalism and care to be sure I was going to be happy with this new tub.

I have had work persons in my home who have not treated my home as though it were their own. Joe and LT did.

This was an arduous job, requiring three days to complete but they never seemed to sit down and rest for a minute!

I can't tell you how grateful I am that these gentlemen were the ones selected to come to my house.

Oh! I so appreciate your graciousness in exchanging the water tank addition I did not need for replacing my floor tiles, which I really did need. That was just great!

Our Installers were on time, laid out all protective drops for floors and bathroom fixtures. Tommy and Duncan took us through all the steps of the install, finished in a timely manner, workmanship was top notch. I couldn't be happier with the work mike and his crew have done we had new flooring put in our business and replaced carpet in our home and the quality is awesome always do clean work and is done within the time frame he give you. Design and estimate had serious issues, but their workmanship was very good.
The main purpose of our remodeling was to have more room in the shower area; this purpose was very clearly emphasized when discussing the initial design with the consultant. The design consultant (a very nice and socially skilled lady, but new to the business) designed the new shower and remodeling details and gave us the estimate around 12k.

After a few weeks of waiting, the first day of the work was done, the old shower removed and the new base installed; I noticed that the available area actually looks smaller than our previous one! Could not believe a mistake like that, so I measured it and discovered that the useable area of the shower stall was actually smaller than the one we had previously. So, we stopped the work and called the designer. She admitted that the inside area was smaller, but when designing, she has measured it with the outside perimeter measurements; an honest mistake.
The problem is when she redesigned the bathroom, so much more work needed to be done with removing the adjoining tub and re-centering the drain, etc. that the new estimate was 20k, almost two times more than the original.
Re-Bath did not accept financial responsibility for any of the extra cost or the delay and the very long inconvenience of redoing the job.
Obviously, if we had this estimate of cost and duration to begin with, we would not have started the job with them; but it was not possible to stop it at that point. We had to go about 6 weeks without the use of the shower in the master bedroom and deal with the inconvenience of using the guest bathroom instead.

An excellent crew foreman, Blaine Roth, worked to get job done to our satisfaction and within allotted time even though a major plumbing issue interrupted the contract schedule. A change to the shower head and its pipe took several days to resolve and should have been predicted at beginning of project.

We hired Derek Rogers and Aqua Therapy to redo our shower and bathroom floors. We were so lucky to have a trusted and professional crew. Derek worked with us on pricing and design. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished job. We highly recommend Aqua Therapy!

My bathroom remodel budget was going to be less than $10k, they wouldn't even come out and look at it.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. Unscrupulous business, calling my mother trying to get a hold of my EX-WIFE to try and sell her on some home remodel. Called numerous times throughout last month. Get your records in check, make sure you honor your DO NOT CALL requests and stop the harassing multiple phone calls.

We had two full bath remodels which included the Master Bath tub/shower conversion into an enlarged shower with original shower converted into a towel / storage closet. Very nice work.
