They showed up daily on time, worked hard the whole time they were there, listened to what we wanted, did an awesome job, completed on time as promised, fairly priced and cleaned up their job site daily. I was very happy with the installation of my walk-in tub and the professional work done. Derek and his team were prompt, polite and clean. I had no mess to deal with during or after. I love the convenience of bathing in my tub.

Installers Don and Chris were great! On time,friendly,worked quickly and were knowledgeable about the product. They pulled a tub and installed a walk in shower in just one day! They disposed of all the old bathroom pieces and cleaned up afterwards. We are very satisfied,would definitely recommend Jacuzzi.

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. We recently hired KLB HomeCrafters for our bathroom remodel and installing new flooring. Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

Had issues including being told it would cost an additional $500. for a plumbing issue that consisted of moving the piping about an inch. Told them no. Took my plumbing friend about 15 seconds to do it. However it did not matter since they had already decided to move the back wall about 1 1/2's closer, ( I did OK that plan.) I had two showers done, (only); no remodel of the bathroom. Cost 24K. More than twice the amount it is worth. My two showers look really good but I worry about future plumbing issues behind the wall; was told they would have to take the new walls down. There were other issues that were resolved appropriately. BOTTOMLINE: Too much $$$ for whatwe got. Would hire a contractor and buy the materials at Lowes/Home Depot for less than half of the $24,000.

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.
