Best Remodeling Bathtub in Phoenix AZ

Steven and Conner came today and installed a new Jacuzzi tub in our master bath. It looks fabulous. So pleased with their work. All first rate work and quality materials and fixtures from Jacuzzi.

Started the process in Feb 2022. I was told it would take about 3 months for materials to begin construction. 3-4 days for full remodel. Work began end of May. After demo began I was informed that one of my wall pieces was badly stretched. It was the last piece to arrives, so 3 more months to replace it. I had to make last minute alterations to what was in stock vs. What I ordered. The crew brought the wrong pieces the following day so 2 days now wasted. I had a small shower and large garden tub. Was removing tub for mew walk in shower, and existing shower to become open shelf storage. I also paid extra to replace my counter and sinks on vanity. The first crew was very unprofessional and refused to do any work that was not the shower. After 3 days they left and I waited 2 days for a new crew to finish. Showing up between 10-11am and staying until 7-9 pm over a holiday weekend. Yes I wanted it done, but really? So now 7 days in I was told the glass guys would come verify measurements. They showed up late so I had to have a friend meet them. 2-3 wks I was told for glass. It ended up being 14 weeks. Then on install they had to reschedule because someone called in. 2nd attempt they were short trim, and had to reschedule again. 3rd time now 16 weeks we finally are finished. Feb to Sep to get this done. I wrote to my contact about how disappointed I was in their professionalism and lack of communication. I have never received a reply. Customer service is NOT something this company cares about. My end product was not what I ordered, but it is a nice change from what I had. That is the only thing that was positive about my remodel.

I’m a tenant but my landlord was kind enough to have a new walk-in shower, ADA compatible, installed into my patio home. We worked through Tim Miksovsky and he showed us all the options available. Due to my health problems, he pushed to have the shower installed as quickly as possible instead of having to wait the 6-8 weeks. This was greatly appreciated as showering in that current tub was becoming dangerous for me. We still had to wait on the City of Gilbert for the permit but as soon as it was obtained, the shower was installed the next week.
The install team arrived promptly on the scheduled day and went right to work. The shower was installed in one day as I had been told. Tarps were laid down over my home during the install to minimize clean- up afterwards. But the team cleaned the bathroom afterwards and the floor also. Also another team came later to clean up my garage- the walls were cut in my garage and that team cleaned the sawdust off the floor and some furniture pieces.
The shower turned out super and just as Tim had pictured for us. I have 2 grab bars just where I wanted; an overhead shower head and another shower head type wand than can be removed and has long flexible hosing. I use it and sit on the nice, wide, comfortable seat to shower my lower body. The material is acrylic so detailed instructions were left for cleaning the shower.
Besides Tim, I also met the store manager, Zach, and he made sure the clean- up was done properly and the final inspection was scheduled. Others from their office called during the process and everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional.
But most of all, I’m very pleased with the new ADA shower. It is making a big difference in my life

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

We love the new vanities and the walk-in shower! As a bonus, we discovered that the walk-in shower is a great way to bathe our dogs too!

He got right to work every day, was very pleasant & courteous, cleaned up every day & worked very hard. Our bathroom is beautiful! Also everything was explained ahead of time & all their work is guaranteed. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

Holtzman Home Improvement has done multiple jobs for our home, including a large job installing hardwood floors in most of the home. My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait.
