Best tile work I have ever seen. Ran my hand down the wall and never caught it on the grout joints. Perfectly even. John and his team were excellent to work with every step of the process. His pricing is very fair and honest. They were very flexible and even made suggestions for the design changes. I am recommending him to our close friend for some work. Definitely will use their service again.

Steven and Conner came today and installed a new Jacuzzi tub in our master bath. It looks fabulous. So pleased with their work. All first rate work and quality materials and fixtures from Jacuzzi.

We had Mark H and Blake K from Dreamstyle Remodeling come down and build us a beautiful shower! We highly recommend these 2 gentlemen for your next remodel!

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

Everyone that we had contact with at Re-Bath during our remodel project was extremely helpful. The house we live in once Cody got the demo done produced some challenges but he overcame those challenges like a true professional.When we get ready to have the other shower done I will be contacting Re-Bath. Thank you Re-Barh the shower is beautiful!

Started out as 1 star for non responsive, but since then the company has reached out and done everything it could to be on top of what is happening with the remodel, they assigned a wonderful person named Christine to the project and she has done everything she can to make it clear that what we want will be a long process and explained the steps. I look forward to how this all ends.

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

We would definitely recommend hiring Ross for your home remodel needs!

We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

Shower surrounded with glass - all surface cracks were cleaned, shower refinished and (at request) with a “textured” bottom finish to avoid slipping to a stunning white gloss …
The technician was a perfectionist and so appreciated. The clean up afterwards was excellent. The customer service was courteous and very professional to me. In closing, the tub and adjacent shower look better than brand new! Highly recommend this company, 5 STARS from me…

Hello and thank you Diamond K&B. Our salesperson and consultant Mike Johnson was fantastic. We had put in our order for multiple room cabinets and unfortunately had a problem with the house so had to make a move. Diamond K&B understood and immediately canceled our order at the factory and returned our payments. How great is that - I recommend them very highly.

They had been recommended by Silver City Restorations and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The shower looks great and they did exactly how I wanted to be setup and it really does looks amazing. Definitely telling all my friends about them.
