The Flooring Professionals deserve their name. Expertise mixed with incredible customer service and the experience to problem solve gave us great results. Would HIGHLY recommend them over any /all other dustfree companies. Details matter. Prep work is key. Rob's leveling service was superior to the competitors. We couldn't wait for the installation portion of the hardwood. We've received such better service than the other companies that we had to rave about them now.

The team members were very responsive and communicative. They always provided us with the information we needed to make our decision on the flooring material that we wanted to install on our property. We had a great experience with American Epoxy Arizona! Xhesika came to the house with such an abundance of positive energy you can tell she loves what she does. She measured the garage, thoroughly explained the epoxy application process and explained what to expect (how long does installation take, when can you move items back in, when can cars be parked in garage, etc). We discussed the color options and Xhesika provided an estimate the same day. I had also called two other companies to provide estimates although once I met Xhesika I knew I wanted to go with AEA. She was proactive in coordinating a time that would work with my schedule and communicated several times as our installation date was approaching. She was so responsive. I felt like I was her most important customer. On installation day I met Adam. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very hard working. Due to a delay in another job the same day, our job started a bit later than expected. Adam worked efficiently all afternoon with Xhesika joining him later in the day and they both worked to nearly 8pm to get part 1 of our job complete. Adam came back the next morning with a few crew members to complete part 2 of our the job. Our 28 yr old garage floor looks amazing! Adam and Xhesika’s work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction is to be commended. I also love that this is a family business. The entire staff was extremely efficient and professional! Tom gave us a quote and explained everything in detail. When the men came to do the work they again explained and were fast, efficient, polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat!

I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

Works for Pulte Homes. Improperly installed tile that is buckling. Scheduled repairs for February, months ago. ILG does not try to order the tile until the week before the repairs are scheduled. Tells Pulte the tile is now discontinued and cancels the repairs. Now they will supposedly let us choose from products with a similar lifetime, but won't have choices available until the week they were supposed to be repairing the floor. Poor quality and poor service.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.

Spoke to Joe about doing carpet install but decided on vinyl instead. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Price was much lower than the big warehouse stores and better quality. Plus they offer a longer warranty as well.
