Best ever ?

I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

Oustanding Job! Wonders of Wood did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets. The crew was absolutely phenomenal. They were timely, professional, extremely hard working, and paid attention to every detail. I can't say enough about how happy I am with how our cabinets turned out. The paint job is so smooth and silky, and looks fantastic. Absolute perfection! I'm so glad I went with this company.

We used this company years ago for garage cabinets and had a fabulous experience. When it came time to do our closet, we knew we wanted to use them. The designer was able to come out and get our design to us very quickly. However, when I wanted to change things or had a question, communication was awful. I would have to follow up several times to get a response. It was super frustrating. Fast forward to our install, at first glance, our closet turned out great. But upon closer inspection, there were tons if little dings and areas where the finish was chippped. We decided to let it go. A week or so later I was sitting on the floor painting baseboards and noticed a gigantic damaged area- it could not be seen unless you are on the ground. The installers HAD to have known this was damaged and chose to install it anyways. They assumed we would never notice. For a $7000+ closet, this is unacceptable. In order to fix this, an entire wall of the closet will need to be removed- I will have to take a day off work, take everything out of my closet again, and clean up the sawdust mess again. The closet goes all the way up to the ceiling, so the ceiling drywall would inevitably get dinged up and need drywall repairs and paint touch ups, etc. In other words, this is not an easy fix. I am SO mad that their installers felt it was acceptable to install damaged pieces. But, the lack of customer service is even more frustrating. I don’t want the closet redone, but feel that they owe me a portion of my money back. Their customer service department refuses to discuss this with me despite multiple calls to them. I do not recommend this company unless you’re ok with getting a damaged $7000 product.

Paul and Angel were a great team! Showed up on time, were pleasant and efficient and did exactly what I asked them to. They finished everything in a few hours that would have taken us days (or years). I would use them again and again…they have my unqualified endorsement!

We love our new built-in cabinets! Arturo and Linda were great to work with. Very professional and hard working, they got the work done within the time frame agreed upon. The craftsmanship is top notch and we had compliments on their work immediately from our family. They were very easy to work with and we are already planning more projects for the future to re-hire them. We are so, so pleased!

Salesman came out quickly for an estimate, stated we would receive a estimate by email in 2 days. When it had been several days I called the office and a women answered the phone who verified all my info & said she would get in touch with the salesman. We still have not received a phone call or email it has been a week, poor business practices, could at least reach out to us.

We got our kitchen and bathroom cabinets refinished .. Early June and what a fine job affordable cabinet refinishing has done . The owner Randy promptly replies to your text messages starting with quotes or any questions you may have . Luis and his team are amazing from the time they started work on Monday 8 am till they were done on Thursday, very professional they taped and covered all the walls and floors, appliances where the work needed to be done .They would clean the area before they leave each day . After researching for months on what to do with our dated but sturdy old honey oak cabinets (replace, reface, or refinish), we contacted Ray of Light. Mina came by our house and showed us samples of their work and walked us through their refinishing process and scheduling availability. We were also able to go by their office in Tempe and see even more of their work. Ray is a master at his craft! We ultimately decided to go with them and we are SO happy that we did!

Ray and Mina and the entire Ray of Light team were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time every day (actually, early!) and stayed all day. They were all friendly, honest, kind, hard-working, and so helpful. Because we were essentially doing a kitchen facelift, Mina was able to recommend other people/companies that they had successfully worked with previously for stone countertops, backsplash tile, and drawer boxes, all of which we used with equal satisfaction. Ray also installed new crown molding, new soft-close hinges, and new handles.

The project was completed exactly on schedule and for exactly the quoted price, which was about 60% less than having new cabinets installed.

As great of people as the entire Ray of Light team are, the only thing better is the quality of their work. They were meticulous with great attention to detail in everything that they did, from prep to clean-up. As a QA analyst, I am super picky about quality, and I can say that I was absolutely blown away by how great the cabinets turned out, even up close. I haven’t seen and felt this level of quality even in any new factory or showroom cabinets.

The line they distribute, J&K, is second to none in the modular cabinetry space - in terms of quality wood materials and hardware. The entire process was fast and very easy. Cabinetry is much better quality than we expected. Pricing was better than anywhere else locally we went. Cabinets are fully stocked so we had them in a few days. PLC was great and we plan on using them on our next project. Thank you, very pleased.
