We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! We had our contractor grade shower and tub replaced with an open shower and new hardware.It started with a visit by Benjamin Barnes - Design Consultant, he was great. Very friendly, no non sense, and made the visit enjoying. He covered our options and put it all to paper. He covered the payment options and set the start date. He anticipated 2-3 days for the job and it was as stated.We next met with Shane Whitmore - Project Manager, He verified the measurements, and addressed any other concerns we had.Our start date was 3/3/21 when we met Lyle Patterson & William Holt - Installer/s. Both were friendly and professional, they also addressed questions about the remodel. The end result is very nice, and night and day from our old setup.As happy as we are, it did not come without some issues. In our case we wanted a larger shower area, which meant; the relocation of the shower hardware to the opposite end of the room, but also the use of the wider area where the tub once lived. We were assured this was not a problem and doable. It was not an issue of being mislead, but more an issue of making the customer happy. I get people can be hard to deal with, but we are the type of people who can handle No when appropriate. We want the job to be done right, and be design correct so as to increase the resale value of the home. We are not designers, nor are we plumbers, contractors etc.The issue was moving the plumbing, and widening the shower area. I cannot expect a design consultant to know what is in a wall, but would hope a project manager would have more in depth knowledge. When the installers arrived there was confusion with both our primary requests. Lyle plainly said, The plumbing cannot be moved easily due to load bearing walls and the slab did not extend far enough to support the shower pan due to a false pop out in the wall. It made perfect sense, but that left us leaving the shower basically the same and not seeing the gains we wanted. Lyle was understanding and confused as well, and helped us come to a resolution.What I had issue with was the fact that in step #1 or #2 a simple stud finder would have shown the load bearing walls, and also identify theunsupported pop out area. In my mind it does little good to tell the customer 'What ever you want, when whatever is seldom realistic.In the end, we have a new shower and drying area we can live with. Was it what we had wanted or envisioned? No. I think this situation can be avoided in the future through training and attention to detail. The design people should assess the project area in 360 detail so any questions can be addressed by a project manager. The project managers should actively work the remodel in their head to identify any possible issues that could change the scope of the job. If needed, use the many tools available to probe walls, voids, pop outs etc. This is the point in which needed changes or modifications should be addressed not in the future when the installer shows up.The products are very good quality and the installation was professional.My intent is not to be hypercritical, but rather to be clear as to what transpired, and offer comment on how I think it can be done better for the next customer.AZLB20-2208

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

The guy described to me all the steps of bathroom remodeling, the whole team was punctual and paid keen concentration to every small detail that anyone else might have skipped. Their positive approach throughout the project is highly noticeable.

Mike was not only just a contractor but also a guide helping us make the right choices and end product of the work is FANTASTIC.
Mike himself was very detail oriented in the work that was done and made sure the quality was top notch.

One example, as part of our renovation we installed a wall mounted fireplace. We had it installed and it looked fine.
Mike came to check it out and he was like NO i don't like the cable visible to the viewer, so he had custom cover made, painted and installed.
Which made it look super clean.
The over all experience of going with the Crafted for the home renovation was amazing and no stress.
All the work was done in a timely and professional manner and they went above and beyond our expectation.

The products are really good. We had a hard time getting a solid installation date, and 2 bathrooms were done at one time. The Master (while it was custom) was always being pushed out. Once it was apart, they were able to do it in about 4-6 days. We couldn't use our shower because they broke the glass and that took additional time to get in. I believe they were having issues with personnel at the time, but I still had to pay full price for all these inconveniences.

Had our 1970’s bathtub/shower replaced with a new walk-in shower along with a new drain and copper. Our tech Jeff did an outstanding job for us through-out the process. We had him do a little unscheduled work because we felt so confident in is workmanship. This is the second time we’ve used Re-Bath and we won’t hesitate to use again or recommend to others. Mark B.

Very comfortable for living

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. These bathrooms needed absolutely everything and some! Scotty's eye for detail and perfection made the home beautiful! We'd for sure recommend Az Bath Masters.

We chose Holtzman because they are a local company and they have a showroom for easy one-stop shopping. We also liked having Builder Trend for online communication and a calendar so that we could see when the work was scheduled to be done. Ryan was our consultant. He had great ideas and designed our bathrooms and helped us with our choices as we were picking everything out so that it all came together perfectly. John was our supervisor and he made sure that the work got done well. He was easy to talk to and on-site frequently. Everything from the tile to the plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mirrors, etc. was very well done. The end results are beautiful. We are very happy that we chose Holtzman.

From the initial site visit through to completion of the job TWD were excellent. Our job was fairly simple, but the quality, upfront planning and overall communication was great throughout. Very happy with the work done and would certainly recommend and re-use TWD in future!

He kept us in the loop throughout and collaborated closely with us on all of the details. My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! During my home remodeling it was a very pleasant surprise to work with Rise Above and Bret Buckner who remodeled my master bath. The process was relatively easy and they showed up on time! Their bid was very competitive (I obtained four), they did quality work, and they always seemed happy and helpful. The final result is spectacular.

Huge shout out to Tom (plumber) who came to our house today to fix a clog in our line that was causing the toilet to back up into the shower. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was in and out in about a half hour -- leaving a clean, flowing drain for us! I just contacted PJH yesterday to report this plumbing issue, so I was thrilled by how quickly they and Tom came to our rescue!
