This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

I couldn't be happier with the work mike and his crew have done we had new flooring put in our business and replaced carpet in our home and the quality is awesome always do clean work and is done within the time frame he give you. We will continue using crafted remodeling and refer to all of our friends

We had our bathroom shower remodeled/replaced. Our installer, Jason, was amazing. He was on time, professional, very clean and did quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process and answered all questions. The job was finished ahead of schedule! Highly recommend.

We redid our walk-in shower. Very pleased with the results. Excellent cleanup. Would have them do another project when the time comes.

Holtzman Professionals: Rob is our sales guy-he is highly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and easy to work with. Mike is our construction managers- He is on top of it, communicative, so easy to work with and cares about the quality as much as we do. Grace is our design consultant-She has made is so easy to make design selections, is patient and creative.

Tony Chayrez was the foreman on our project. He was awesome to deal with. Always returned messages in a timely manor and always was pleasant to talk to. Also, a shout out to Dmitriy Agarkov. He was our design man and made many suggestions that we followed and turned our project into a beautiful masterpiece. We couldn't be more leased with our home remodel.

excellent customer service; timely in meeting their deadlines; and very kind and professional in all their interactions with me and my partner. the project was updating stairs to have wood that would match the main floor. the end result was a wonderful match and stairs well, and tightly crafted.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

Our installer, Jacob, and his crew did a great job staying on schedule and communicating that schedule and planned work. The end results were very nice and we are enjoying our new bathroom after just a week remodeling.

I went to several places to price cabinets for a full kitchen remodel, then found Diamond Kitchen and Bath. I worked with Mike Johnson to design the kitchen and he made the process easy, answering all my questions, mixing cabinetry from different lines, and redesigning as needed. The quality of the cabinets is great and the installer he recommended was excellent as well. The whole process went smoothly and I would use Diamond (and Mike) without hesitation for any cabinetry needs.

When we needed a shower door replacement Avonti measured it, created the replacement, and installed it perfectly. It was less expensive than I thought it would be, and a higher quality door than I expected. Highly recommend

We did the first part of our renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. We plan on using him again for the next phase of our renovation in the near future.
