I am so happy that I found Steve Wind from Backwoods Custom(BC) to build a custom mantel and 2 floating kitchen shelves.

BC made exactly what I wanted! Steve was very reliable and answered all my questions. Both Steve and his co worker Steve did an amazing job with the install. They clearly love what they do and want to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work.

After researching a couple of different custom table makers in the Valley we decided to go with Citizen Wood Company. The experience was well worth it! Tom was extremely easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, and provided feedback on what he thought was best in a constructive way. My husband and I believe the costs for his products are more than reasonable, too! Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

They took deposit in January... it's the middle of August and 1% of carport conversion is done...and that 1% failed 1st inspection...Ron let his license expire so work was done on my property under a suspended license...there is always an excuse as to why his crew keeps breaking scheduled appts...I have contacted AZ ROC and informed them of the operating practices of this company...I could never reccomend ...I would advise anyone to stay clear of Full Frame Construction and Ron...I saw the reviews from last year and brought it up to Ron, who asked me to give him a chance... he's still doing the same thing that others complained about before... he's changed nothing... no more chances Ron
