They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. You have my contact information.

Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

I had an excellent experience with Diversified Roofing. After getting several quotes from other roof companies their estimate remained the most competitive over the course of several months as we decided to replace our aged roof. They arrived on the scheduled day and got the job done promptly even in the face of some weather that stretched the timeline out 1 day. I would use Diversified Roofing again should I have the need.

BEWARE!! I wish I could post zero stars. I was in the privacy of my own home taking a nap on my couch. Meanwhile, Southwest was working on my roof. I woke up from my nap alarmed to make eye contact with a man peeping through my high window. The man was holding something in his hand that appeared to resemble a phone. I immediately covered up and took a picture as he THEN proceeded to tape my window up. I do live in an apartment complex and the HOA did not notify me because the work was not being on my specific building. I called the police and they told me making a complaint would not do much because I am over 18... which I do not understand because I did not consent to this. Next, I called Southwest and they also told me there was not work being done on the windows near my unit. However- they were working on some roofing the building over—super creepy...I asked them to please go through the employees phone and remove any photos and they refused. I believe it is extremely negligent to not disclose proper notice if your going to be having workers near my unit. As a citizen I feel extremely violated by Southwest Roofing and believe this privacy invasion should be recognized to the public. This company is extremely negligent and unprofessional. If you are a woman or have children beware of these peeping Toms!

I Recommend Arizona Roof Rescue, I had 5 companies come out to give me quotes. I choose them and and was very impressed by the fact they did what they said they would do. In the late 1970s & early 80s was a roofer, so have maybe a different perspective than most people would. If I needed to reroof another property, I would use them again!!

Dunne Roofing Service recently completed a foam roofing project on my office. The project came in right on time, on budget and communication was clear from beginning to end. Various aspects of the project were explained prior to beginning, which kept delays and surprises out of the equation.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. This is a family business and they do offer the best roofing services that one could hope for. They are also reasonably priced and you realize quality for your money. They helped decide the best roofing for my house and which could also withstand adverse climate to provide protection. Thank you Arizona Native Roofing and I highly recommend your roofing services

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
