We needed a walk-in shower for my husband. ReBath did a fabulous job. We are happy with professional manner of Mr Smith and Randy the installer. I have allergies and worried about construction mess and air pollution. Randy kept the vacuum going and I did even get a head ache. My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.
