I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Flooring Professionals deserve their name. Expertise mixed with incredible customer service and the experience to problem solve gave us great results. Would HIGHLY recommend them over any /all other dustfree companies. Details matter. Prep work is key. Rob's leveling service was superior to the competitors. We couldn't wait for the installation portion of the hardwood. We've received such better service than the other companies that we had to rave about them now.

We had the opportunity to use Alan's flooring to install ceramic tile in our home. Alan was able to answer all of our questions throughout the process and did a fantastic job with the install. He was professional and clearly takes pride in his work. We would definitely recommend him.

Amazing flooring contractor in Phoenix!

It pains me to leave a less than stellar review, but unfortunately the work performed by Heath @ Urban Customs will require us hire another company to finish the job he finished. We hired Urban Customs to resurface and patch our existing bamboo floors, but in the end the result of their work was subpar. After they completed their work we were left with the following issues:

- a floor with gaps between the planks
- floating planks that are noisy. In spots you an actually watch the plank move/ give way with any amount of pressure. This movement has caused further damage to adjacent planks, causing those to split and crack. *Our floors were not creaky prior to this project*
- tubes of filler (that were mismatched to our flooring) and we didn't know how to use. We were told we could use it to fill any major gaps.

These issues and others were brought up multiple times to both Heath and Rachel. Instead of addressing and fixing the issues we were met with a list of reasons and excuses as to why they would not or could not fix and finish our floors. We were also told how their work and the end result was completely acceptable.

As small business owners we wanted to support a fellow small business, but when it comes to flooring I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack attention to detail and leave projects unfinished.

This company is amazing! We had a bad experience with another contractor who ruined our floors and called the flooring team for a quote. Devin came over on his drive home from work that same day (20 minutes after we ended the phone call) to see the issues and gave us a quote. They started the job the next day. He had 1 team of men move all the furniture out of the house while the tile man started prepping the floors. The floors look absolutely beautiful, the tile we chose was very wide and long so it was harder to lay it completely flat. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional. We had a couple small errors with the baseboards and the owner of the company came over on a Sunday and touched them up himself! I highly recommend this company! When the job was done we came home to a clean house, thank you card, candy and a bottle of wine. That was such a nice touch and Devin and his team are very thoughtful and caring! Words can’t express how grateful we are for their hard work and caring personalities!

Carmen and her team were fantastic. The installers were extremely detailed oriented and we were definitely happy with the final result.

I had to get my hardwood floors refinished and after receiving multiple quotes I decided to go with Marin and his team. They were clean, fast, friendly, and left my hardwood floors spotless. This is the first time I had to get them refinished and they walked me through the entire process. Great team and great crew!
