Everyone was very professional and very easy to work with. Mike ensured everything worked out and his patience was greatly appreciated. They truly went above and beyond in providing their service and I would definitely recommend.

HIred Pacific Bath to tear out bathrub and replace with walk-in Lux Stone shower. The product itself is very nice. What was disappointing was the damage they made during installation and the fact I ended up having to hire another contractor to repair (approx $500). They broke a hole thru to the nextdoor guest bedroom, gouged the bathroom ceiling, gouged the beadboard and the bathroom door. They fixed the bathroom door by putting filler into the gouges without trying to match the door paint. They patched the bedroom wall but didn't paint. For almost $15000, I figured I should get a first class product AND installation. Overall, a huge disappointment and a bigger pain in the aXX to get repaired.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY LIKE I DID.  Its one month after my completion date and my shower is still half done and my messages have been ignored by management. I could have paid half of what I paid them and had a shower just as nice already completed.When they showed up to install my shower it was then that they told me another company would have to do the glass door and I'd have to set up appointments for that company to come out.  So instead of having a completed shower that day I had to wait for a glass company to come take measurements and then order the door which took another month. While waiting I decided to check the shower since I hadn't used it yet and noticed a popping sound under the pan where I would be standing under the shower head. It felt cheap and trust me this company is not cheap, in fact they're probably the most expensive shower remodel out there so I wouldn't expect such poor quality. Also the temperature was backwards(hot is cold, cold is hot).Now I'm waiting for the pan to be replaced before the glass company can come install the doors and they still haven't given me a date for the pan. I was given a direct line to Angie A and have left several messages  that have gone ignored.  I also called their customer service line and was told that my message would be marked urgent for a manager to call me back after their meeting.  They never called me back that day. Finally today Angie left me a voice-mail(my phone didn't ring) minutes before they closed. I called back right away and got her voicemail...again.I've never regretted a decision more then choosing Jacuzzi bath to do my remodel.  Their service is poor and customer service is even worse.  I'm not expecting they'll offer any compensation since they don't even seem apologetic.  I feel ignored by this company who has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and unsatisfaction.

I was really impressed by the quality work and speed in which Josè and Andres installed our tub/shower. They communicated the entire time. It looks great and we’ve had zero issues using it. Definitely earned 5 stars and I recommend dreamstyle to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel.

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

We had a very old, ugly sunken bathtub/shower from the 70's in our main bathroom and the tile was in bad shape. Our Re-Bath installer, Kyle, did a fantastic job removing everything, raising and leveling the floor and changing the plumbing to prep for our new walk in shower. He installed our new white and bright shower in exactly the time frame we were given. He explained everything he would be doing each day and made sure we were given options for placement of the fixtures and hardware. He was careful, clean, and let us know when he would arrive each day. We are very happy with our beautiful new shower! Many thanks to Kyle for a job well done! We highly recommend Re-Bath!

Had Sunset Tile and Bath quote us on a remodel of our master bath.We wanted the old shower torn out and replaced with a new shower with a pony wall and glass on top of the pony wall with no shower door.They suggested several different tile options based on what we told them we were looking for and we actually chose several of their recommendations.They also suggested a niche for shampoo,etc and a row of special accent tile.They did an excellent job and their workers were some of the most meticulous workers we have ever had do any work for us.We will definitely use them again if we redo the guest bath.

We had both bathrooms remodeled! Derek and his entire team were wonderful to work with! Anytime I had questions Derek was available to answer them! The installers were professional and did a great job! We love our new bathrooms and get lots of compliments from family and friends!!

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

I worked with Holtzman Home Improvement on a full remodel. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They are a true on stop shop . Daniel the sale person was detail during the whole sales process. Carline the designer was excellent she bailed every detail . There design renderings match every detail. There trades were exceptional and detailed. We couldn’t have ask for better experience. We just finished our third project with TWD, a master bathroom remodel. As with the first two projects, they were extremely professional, always kept us informed on project status, and most importantly finished on time! You would be amazed how often you hear how workers don't show, unexpected costs pop up, and overall quality is poor. NONE of these have ever been a concern when working with TWD, and in fact, we just signed on for our fourth project with them. You will not regret hiring TWD for your next home remodeling project!

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

The team at Rise Above Remodeling was hired to replace our countertops and back splash. After completing several renovation projects with other companies and constantly being dissatisfied with the communication before, during and after the project I decided it was time to switch from the low end bidders to a contractor with an above average bid.

Bret was responsive from day one and took pride in ownership in the work his crew of workers and subcontractors completed. Once scheduled the job was completed within 10 days, which is often unheard of anytime a stone counter-top has to be fabricated.

When friends ask what makes a good contractor i will always tell them that it's all about how they react when things are not right. After the job was complete we noticed a defect in the stone. Bret returned immediately to investigate and support the replacement of the quartz counter-top.

If I had to say anything negative about the experience its that the Quartz counter-tops on the market are not what they're advertised to be. After having the Silestone representative in my home I learned their warranty doesn't apply to the homeowner, the product can't withstand the heat of a crockpot or microwave dinner without the risk of permanent damage. Furthermore, the only chemicals / disinfectant that can be used safely on the product is soap and water. Choose a nice granite / marble but stay away from manufactured quartz.

PJH Construction did a full remodel of my home. It looks so beautiful and everyone that visits says what a great job it is. I am very pleased and would use them again without hesitation.

Every morning my husband and I walk into our kitchen and we are still saying after 3 months how we LOVE our kitchen.

We were so grateful to have had Jeff's help with designing the kitchen, his input helped us create our beautiful kitchen. Jeff also made the whole renovation process very smooth , he coordinated everything and we were so happy with everyone involved from the demo to installation.

A kitchen remodel is a big deal and can be costly too so I had 3 estimates done and before we had gotten the last bid and Jeff's my husband and I agreed that we were going with Jeff's company even if his pricing was more because he provided us with good to know information about remodeling a kitchen which no other companies did and he wasn't pushy trying to up sell, it just felt right to work with him.
Jeff's proposal and the 3rd one we were waiting on came in and guess what- Jeff's was actually the best price; so bonus for us!

Jeff was very responsive too; I would email him or text him with questions; which I had a lot and he was super quick to respond.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list from several employees the last 2 months. I have received over 25+ calls and each time politely asked to be removed from the call list and I've heard I will have a manager remove you we just got a new system, our computers are getting updated BUT I still keep getting calls. Your Company is one I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND after the headache of being hassled for Windows relentlessly. Figure your new system out and when someone asked to be removed from your call list… Take them off. Simple!
