Like any large job which ours was, there will always be a few issues along the way, especially during COVID-19. Jeff was extremely responsive and unlike so many contractors today, he kept us informed and actually showed up on time when he said he would be there. He is personally very skilled in all aspects of woodworking and quite resourceful. They are flexible to your needs and totally committed to exceeding your expectations.

My wife and I are very satisfied on the final construction. The staff of the company were very professional throughout the process. It took the installers about 5 hours to complete. Despite the a few small scratches and a few handles with very sharp edges. This company did an overall great job. Highly recommended and the cost is reasonable then others.

We worked with Inspired Closets to design the closet of our dreams! From start to finish they were a class act. Walking into the initial meeting, we had no idea what we wanted (except for a general idea, no specifics). Janae and team came up with an initial design, came to our home, WHILE it was being built, to make sure our measurements were correct and offer extra advice on the space, and literally nailed it! We made several revisions, and they were really fast turnarounds. Once we signed off on the design, the team placed the order and install was the week we moved into our new home. The guys who did the install were incredible, as well! They loved on our pups and made us feel like they cared about our home (and weren't just doing a job). Once the install was complete, they sent a manager into our home for a quality check and then made several fixes that we didn't even notice needed to be done! They're honest and totally went above and beyond any work we've ever had done on our home. We're so thankful and already brainstorming the next project we want to have them help us with!!

Chris Boulton and Cornerstone Cabinets did an amazing job of turning my 1980's cramped and outdated kitchen into a thing of beauty! Chris came up with some great space saving solutions and at the same time was very in tune with what I was looking for. My new cabinets are absolutely beautiful and great quality. I would highly recommend this company for any kitchen remodel!

We are very happy we found Linda and Arturo. We are very pleased with the way it all turned out and have hired them for a second project. Would definitely recommend anyone looking at custom wood work give them a call. We chose them because of their design, references on their work and the responsiveness in working with them is 1000% better than most in this industry. Many of the other companies we had engaged to provide a quote were so flaky and inconsistent - I just couldn't move forward with them. Linda and Arturo are very responsive, never neglected to respond on any request or change in design, never missed an appt - great to work with.

Outstanding company! Outstanding quality! Outstanding service! Prompt in setting up an estimate appointment and installation - 2 weeks from estimate to installation - and part of that was me reviewing the estimate. Teigan was incredibly helpful answering all my questions - which were few because everything was very well documented on the estimate. We contacted two of their competitors for bids and crickets chirped - never heard from the sales reps. Mike D. was amazing to work with both for the estimate and the installation. He made certain we were satisfied with everything before he left! High quality shelves, fully guaranteed.

My only regret is that instead of talking about it for two years since we moved into our new home we'd done it right away!

We had slide out shelves in the kitchen of our previous home so we knew how wonderful they are to have in the cabinets. I recommend slide out shelves for your cabinets.

So I just had a 15’x9’ very large wall unit(media) installed. I have one word for it. PERFECT. If you are looking for a professional company with extremely professional installers look no further. Communication was awesome immediate. It took 8 hours, 1 day to install my unit and it is perfect. Yes, I said perfect. Would refer them to every single person I know. Oh and I did research several other companies. This was a GREAT experience!!

For a company with such good reviews I wonder if it’s all true
But they are really quick to charge your credit card

I truly wish I had never used this company. It all started with the employee they sent to give me a bid. He turned out to be a crook and ended with poor craftsmanship on the final product. They may state that 100% satisfaction is guaranteed but that's not what they deliver. They seemed far more worried about getting the final payment then my satisfaction with the job. I even told Chris when I made the final payment that I wasnt the least bit satisfied with the job but just wanted to be done with the whole ordeal. Chris didnt seem the least bit phased by my dissatisfaction. The job ended up costing me 37% more then was in the contract. There are far better cabinet builders out there. You have been warned.

Randy was great to work with. Provided excellent support in picking a color. Didn’t try to push his “favorites”. Listened to our thoughts and provided excellent options that fit our vision.

Crew was top notch. Professional, courteous and VERY punctual. Sometimes with subs you don’t know when they are going to show up. Not these guys,Charles and his team were fantastic and end result was great.

Highly recommend for a professional, affordable, great Experience. Will recommend to everyone that asks and will be using Randy again in the future for other rooms.

Job well done. Quote was done same day. Was more affordable than the other two places I received quotes from. Work was well worth the time. It took a little while to complete but the savings and finish job was well worth it.

My wife and I are Super Happy with the fantastic detail work that Ray of Light did on resurfacing our kitchen cabinets. Everything went off smoothly and on time. Tyler was very knowledgeable when I needed a custom cabinet for my bathroom remodel, and I had a great time at their showroom!

This review details my early experiences with this company, pre-installation. After getting three estimates; I chose this company due the friendliness and helpfulness of the designer. During the initial visit, there was pressure to sign at that time for an additional discount. With the discount, Closets by Design was my mid range estimate.

They were quite busy and set my install appointment five weeks after the initial visit, estimate and contract signing. During this time I thoroughly prepared for the install. Everything was removed from my closets including clothes/ old racks and the room shackled and painted.

The day before install, I was called by office staff and told the crew would arrive at 8a the next day and it would be an all-day install. The following morning I was called by someone else, “I have bad news, we were not able to the pull the materials together, so we can’t do your install today. The earliest we can do it is Friday and we will have to change other appointments to make that day work. Or, we can do it on Saturday. We have been having trouble getting people to come to work due to the virus.“. I was simply furious for multiple reasons. Primarily, because I have been called the day before and told to expect the crew at 8 AM the next day. Also, I work and arranged my schedule according to the install date and company is coming to spend a few days with me. Now, they will be inconvenienced by workmen, noise, and mess.

So far, it looks like a previous reviewer accurately described customer service at Closets by Designs. The right hand does not know what the left is doing, the rescheduling is at the last minute,,and excuses are lame. At this point, I’m very sorry that I contracted with this company and would recommend to others to not get sucked in by the deal they offer if you sign the day of the estimate. Now, I am not confident that I can get my money back, so I will move forward with trepidation. After the install, I will write another review about its quality.
