Best Bathroom Install in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Phoenix Home Remodeling did a fantastic job for me. They did all my floors, 2 bathrooms and my kitchen in 5 weeks (one of which I was away on vacation) without going a dollar over the original budget. Ben’s project management skills take all the work off of me. All I had to do was pick things out and he did the rest. Mark did a fantastic job with every detail. His workmanship is exceptional as is the work of their tile team. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the price and the most of all the overall customer experience. We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy contractors in this area because there’s so much demand. I’m glad I found PHR and I will be gladly refer them to anyone that asks. Thanks guys…

The installers, Jon B and Andrew M were fabulous! They were very friendly and kept us informed throughout. The work they did was spectacular. We love our new shower system. It is gorgeous!

This was the easiest remodel project we have ever experienced! It was an practical consultation, everything outlined and explained thoroughly! Project manager was in contact with updates, so we knew where things stood at all times!! We were thrilled the project was underway just 5 weeks after our initial consultation!! Jose Munoz and Martin Alvarez were able to finish the remodel in just one day. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our home, and consulted with us during the entire process! We are extremely happy with the whole process! Would recommend them 100%!

Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

We had West Shore replace the tub/shower in our guest bath with a shower only and replace the shower in our master bath. We think West Shore is a reliable company that will be around for a long time. We thought we may have had a problem and their master plumber came to check on it immediately. The problem was not with the showers. The team we worked with was excellent from sales rep Zach to installers Jeff, Daniel and Mike who were efficient, thorough, neat and clean.

Small bathroom updated - old tub ripped out, new walk-in shower installed. It Installed a new vanity and a new floor. Professional workers, on time to begin and finish on time as well. I will recommend it to others.

This company ripped off a retired nurse/ sweet little old lady. Worst company out there!!! Paid 35K for 2 bathroom remodels. They installed one of the bathtubs wrong which took them a year to make right and now I'm finding a thousand little things that are wrong. Paint coming off of doors already. They never grouted the floor tile to the baseboards or sealed the grout and it already looks bad. Completely random floor tile layout where they use as many small tiles as possible making it look very sloppy. Never did the paint touch up and said they would drop paint off for her to fix herself.. This is a retired nurse who has done nothing but help people her entire 50+ year career and had some money saved to do some things she wasn't allowed to do with her own money while her husband was alive and they took complete advantage of that!!! The worst kind of company out there. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Sad world we live in nowadays.

Had my bathroom shower and wall replaced. It looks great. Very happy with their product.

Aqua Therapy Tubs was a great company to work with. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They were very easy to work with and listened to what we wanted.

I am writing this review to warn others about Holtzman Home Improvement.
Project scope: Remodel of master bathroom, replacement of toilet and medicine cabinet in guest bath, new flooring and baseboards with replacement of closet doors in two bedrooms, and removal of window in laundry room.
Start/Completion Date: The contract was signed in May 2020. They were not able to start the project until early August 2020. According to our contract, the completion date was scheduled for mid-September 2020. The final completion date was January 18, 2021.
Quality of work: The quality of work is excellent. All of the workers did a great job.
Selection of materials: Grace did a wonderful job helping us pick out the materials to complete our job. She was responsive to emails and calls.
Communication: Holtzman Home Improvement uses a customer portal to view your bill, look at and confirm your material selections, make payments, and view the calendar to see when work is supposed to take place at your home. There were numerous days when workers were scheduled to come to the house and no one showed up. There were no phone calls or texts to let me know they were not coming or when they might be rescheduled for.
Salesperson: Our salesperson, Lee, was great. He came to our home and put on a presentation of what our bathroom would look like after the remodel. He was very charismatic and definitely sold us on using this company.
Project manager: Our project manager was Daniel. He was here the very first day that work began for demolition. After that, he only came to the house after I requested that he make a visit. He never showed up to just check on the work and make sure it was coming along well. At the end of the project, there was no final walk-thru scheduled. I tried to call Daniel and several times his phone voicemail was full and couldn’t take anymore messages. There were a few small items that we were told would be taken care of and they were not.
The owner: The owner is difficult at best. There were numerous times that we wanted to fire this company and at one point almost did.
Overall: Holtzman Home Improvement is not a company I would recommend. I would have liked to have had more communication about what was going on and when workers would be coming to the house. The work that was completed was done well, but there were many problems with the cabinets, both with ordering and with production, which is why our job took so long to complete.

We hired them to fix a botched skip trowel job in our kitchen. They kept us informed of when they would be there, showed up on time, were extremely neat and clean in the process. Job was extremely well done and they showed a great attention to detail. Excellent. Highly recommend.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. These guys are amazing!
The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.
I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.
They really did a great job on my new home, I honestly couldn't be happier and if I ever needed anything else done with my house they would be the ones I would call.
