Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

We had the bathtub removed and new shower with glass doors installed. We were very happy with the procedure and the finished product.

Our installer Cameron was very congenial and kept us apprised of what was completed each day and what his plan was for the next day. Everything looks great!

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. Very professional. Repaired hairline cracks in garage ceiling drywall using expansion joints to compensate for the excessive heat that is experienced in the garage during summer months. Taping, spackling and painting to finish the work came out excellent. Highly recommend them for this type of work.

I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. I'm amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!

Excellent job. I had a tub that is old and worn. But you can't just pop it out and replace it because it's cast iron. This was a just like having a new tub. Professional staff came exactly when they said and took as long as they said and communicated well via email and phone.
