They came out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to start getting everything dried out. Reconstruction started on Tuesday and was done within a week. They were easy to work with and did a great job getting everything back as good as new!

We had what we thought was just a little leak from our water heater. I figured I better have everything checked out, just in case and boy am I glad I did. Mat sent Andy and Luke out. Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of work and service from my recent master bath mess. They were so quick to rip everything out an start nickel an diming everything. They left a mess after every stage of the project. Poor communication through the entire process. We had to call them every time. I missed work as they'd call an say we're on our way no scheduling in advance. I wanted my project done an I will ensure to never choose DriRite-CMG3 for any housing needs again.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!

I own 5 vacation rentals across the country and use Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. This is a 5 star company all the way. Great customer service and communication all reasonably priced. The techs have always been on time and have done a great job cleaning up before the leave. My only regret is there aren’t more Kiwi Service locations close to my other properties.

They were hired by my apartments property managers to fix water damage in my unit. It took them two months to get approved to do the work, then several weeks past the date they told me it would be done to finish the work. They left my closet doors unattached and just laying in the bathroom plus a huge mess to clean when I got home from work. When I told them to get someone out to install the doors, they told me it would be nearly another week to get a 5 minute job completed. Bad communication as well, I had to reach out to them several times during the process because they never kept me informed of when they planned to enter my apt. Just a bad experience all around. Sad thing is that most of the employees were very nice and did good work. That's why they got 2 stars.

We have used Thomas Restoration for several projects including Mitigation, Abatement, and Packouts. They do a fantastic job and have a great team that works for them. I also love that it’s a family company! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a company that will treat you right!
