Allure Bath & Kitchen remodeled both of the bathrooms in our vacation home. John was extremely easy to work with. We trusted them to come in and out of our home while we were not present. The bathrooms exceeded our expectations and are spectacular. Everything we agreed to was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely have them back again

The gentlemen replaced an old oval tub with a new Jacuzzi Shower. Matt, Gavin and Dustin were all so nice and immediately went to work making sure everything was covered up in the bedroom, as we have a open bathroom and bedroom. They were very professional and the cleanup was wonderful. I love my new shower as it is beautiful.

James and Cody were very friendly, professional, and quite skilled. Everything was cleaned up well after the installations. My bathrooms look terrific!

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Tub to shower conversion. Lots of finishes to choose from. Several options for the fixtures. Choice of corner shelves or recessed shelf. Looks really good. Installer was friendly . Price was higher than average, however.

Just finished with our bathroom remodel. Tub removal with shower replacement. Our installers (Johnny and Cameron) were very professional and meticulous. We are extremely pleased with the finished job. The product (SSP) seems very durable, but with the warranty and insurance included, really put our mind at ease that much more.I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends or family.

From the beginning of the process including the initial call, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the professionalism extended to me by Audra, Paul and their talented crew. Audra is very detailed oriented and has amazing design skills. Paul and his crew are very conscientious and provided many barriers to protect my home during the construction process. My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

We had a bathroom and kitchen remodel with Holtzman. Christina was the designer and Will ran the project. Communication was good the whole time. Techs were nice and courteous. Project took a bit longer than we expected but we are happy with the results

We needed some drywall repair and Todd Whittaker Drywall was very responsive. From the moment we contacted them the office staff stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, I was never wondering what the next step was. Our repair was scheduled and Beto came to our home right on time, was very professional and did an amazing job. He covered the entire area, completed the repair and cleaned up very quickly. Once he was done you couldn't tell he was even there or that we had any work done. I inspected the area very close and couldn't see any difference between where he repaired and the untouched space, great job!

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.
