Best Bath Bathroom Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Thank you to Jack and Luis! I called because I needed some cracked tiles and exposed nails looked at for the sale of my home. We were in a time crunch due to the closing date. Jack and Luis were able to get the entire roof done in ONE DAY the day after I called seeking help! Excellent service, over the top fair pricing and pictures before and after the work is done so you truly know what they are doing. I cannot give Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling a high enough rating. Thank you all for your hard work!!!

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Excellent customer service and response to the initial query. Booked in and work completed within a couple of days. Tidy and professional with excellent communication. Job completed with perfection. Terrific handling of every aspect from start to finish and would definitely highly recommend this as the best roof repair company near me in Phoenix and be using it again!!

Their work was exquisite and their attention to detail is amazing. I felt like I was talking to an old friend and knew my money was in good hands. I am definitely going to be referring them to all my friends and family who need work done!
