Well, Jay sold us a 1 day job that I learned was actually a 2 day job when Whitney called to schedule. We got rescheduled once, and then our 2 day job this week ended up having one issue after another. We will be without a shower for a week! We spent a pretty penny to have this shower done right…. So now I’m let hopeful that they will actually complete the job Friday and it will be perfect. Not a good experience, disappointed is mild!

I had a shower installed after some major repairs in the ensuite bathroom. They did a great job and it looks very good.I called a few weeks after the install because the shower floor seemed very slippery, and I was hoping there would be something they could do about it. As it turns out, there is! It took a few days to hear back from them but when I spoke to Angie, she was able to send someone out the very next day to apply a kind of textured coating.Brandon came out, arrived when I expected him, and quickly took care of it, leaving me with clear instructions about how long to wait before using it, and letting me know if it was not quite grippy enough they could do a second coat.I appreciated this extra service to help make sure the shower is not the scene of a future slip!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! The salesman was polite and we chose Re-Bath because they stated multiple times they would not start until all the materials had arrived and would have the entire job done in 3-5 days. This was an entire remodel for a small basement bathroom. They sent one person who started on the project including tearing walls and bathroom fixtures out and then stated the wrong shower door had been ordered. The job was then delayed by an entire MONTH supposedly because of a shower door. And again, we chose this company based on speed of completion. Once the project was finally complete it was clear there was zero attention to detail. Seams on wall panels did not line up, fixtures did not match, and the caulking looked like a child had used a caulk gun for the first time. The finished product also just looks cheap. Don’t be fooled by the pictures from the salesman. Craftsmanship and pride in the work was non-existent and customer service completely ignored. We were burned and bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The service provided was removal of existing walk-in shower and glass doors, and replacement with the reBath shower and doors. Aaron Phillips was our provider. He was very professional , timely, courteous, thorough, and skilled in every aspect of the project. His rating is 10/10 !! The materials seem to be very high quality. Our room looks so much brighter now.

This company has done a fantastic job remodeling my grandfather's bathroom. The owner, Derek, has been involved every step of the way and very accommodating to our many whims. He and all of his employees have a great can do attitude and are super efficient. This is the 1st contractor I have ever had that has started and completed a job in the timeline that that was promised. And every day they left the worksite amazingly clean.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. They refinished 2 grime-stained tubs with surrounds. The grime soaked through, so they had to come a second time. They did so with no problems at all. The tubs now look brand new! I recommend them without hesitation.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
