I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. Good service

Tommy Freeman with SafePro came to my home today to repair chips in my windshield. He was professional, knowledgeable and competent. From getting insurance approval to getting the work done, SafePro was responsive and professional.

They placed a reminder call the day before my appointment and Tommy called the morning of to confirm that I was scheduled and again when he was 30 minutes away.

When Tommy arrived, he assessed my windshield and fixed both chips. One of the chips was extremely difficult and a lesser qualified technician wouldn't have attempted the job due to it's location.

SafePro and Tommy are my go to auto glass company going forward.

Sean at PCC Roofing was the first of three estimates I was going to consider for a new roof. First off, was on time. Second off, drove an American brand truck. My initial contact with Sean could not have gone better. When we parted ways I had a good feeling I was going to use him and told him so. He had the estimate to me in the time promised. In the meantime, the second estimate came by. Was a total dog and pony show and when both estimates were compared, Sean's was significantly better and about what I had originally expected. With that being said, I cancelled the third estimate and hired him. The work was done as promised and done in a shorter time than he anticipated. All in all nothing short of a remarkable experience. I have friends in the construction business that have been over and complimented the workmanship and finished product. Other contractors as well.

We are currently in the process of buying a new home. I asked Sean to come over and evaluate the new house and compare to what the inspector and a another roofing contractor stated and he was there within hours. The house will need some work done to the roof and when we proceed we will no doubt be using Sean and his crew.

Can't get anyone to answer a phone or return an email for 2 weeks now.

High end windows. 4 stars for the price but 5 for the quality, warranty and 6 stars for customer service!

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
