!!!! This company is a complete fraud! Run away!!!!!!!!The sales person was asked to leave several time and refused to leave. The company quoted 15k for a 3-4k job. The salesperson pestered my old disabled mother for a check.On another note, they use OSB for shower backerboard. OSB is NOT recommended for a shower area. PLEASE research appropriate types of backer materials.Many of the five star reviews appear to be fake. Take note that many of the accounts that left glowing reviews have only given one review to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona.

West Shore Home completed an awesome job with our bathtub replacement! The whole process went smoothly. From the beginning with Zach who provided our initial sales consultation and estimate, we were provided all of the necessary information to move forward with West Shore and we were happy we did. They worked with us and our schedule and their customer service support has been excellent! Barry A. and Isaiah G. were our installers and were extremely professional, polite and thorough from start to finish. They were patient with our questions and showed us along the way what was being done and honest about their time frame for completion. They have great personalities too and we could tell they make a great team and make work fun! We are completely satisfied with the product, the install with creative solutions for our shower space and how they left our house clean when completed. We highly recommend using West Shore!!

Very pleasant experience. Re-bath is very considerate of veterans and offers incentives. I had a complete shower and bathtub replacement. The individual installing it was exceptional. Six months after the installation, I had one problem with the mixing valve. It was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading their shower and bathtub.

We had Re-Bath remodel 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room. I have to say that from start to finish we were impressed with RANDY he was excellent, kind, very informative and kept everything clean at the end of each day. We are very impressed with RANDY'S hard work. We are very happy and impressed with RE-BATH and how they run their company. They also have a Production Manager Eric come by to check with us to see how the project was going and if things were running on time. Our remodeling project looks wonderful and it started and finished on time.Thanks again RANDY for a job well done.

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

As my girlfriend and I were planning to move in together, we decided on a full remodel of my 25-year-old home. We researched contractors throughout the greater Phoenix area. Initial factors which led to our decision to hire TWD included being a Certified Partner of Rosie on the House, the overall independent reviews and the preliminary information on their website outlining their process including their on-line project management tool.

Working with Ron Labrie through the design phase was a pleasure. He ensured all details were addressed. From his extensive experience, he quickly assessed our preferences and overall style and provided suggestions which helped us narrow the multitude of decisions to be made. He is also familiar with the newest products and design trends but balances that with timeless recommendations that will stand the test of time. Ron also recommended design features that we would never have thought to include. His detailed plans provided an assurance that all the details were addressed and provided the needed information for HOA-related changes. His humor and “tell it like it is” approach was greatly appreciated and resulted in a fabulous finished project.
The project began with a job meeting at our home. Expecting to meet with the project manager and designer, I was pleasantly surprised when each of those responsible for major parts (electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, etc.) of the remodeling also attended and reviewed each of the steps of the project which allowed us to catch any last-minute changes. This reduced the need for change orders during the project. An online job calendar which was updated daily with photos of each step completed was available throughout the process.

Our project manager, Austin, was in constant communication checking in on each step to ensure any major decision points during the process were correct. He was responsive to our questions and any change inquiries had. And, Austin was excellent in spotting and changing any work that was not up to their standard.

Despite moving out during the complete remodeling, we never felt out of the loop and we can say that the overall experience was not only exciting but also a pleasure. TWD helps take the complexity out of a remodeling project. The work was completed right on schedule. Without a doubt, we would recommend TWD for any of your remodeling needs. Their attentiveness, professionalism and customer service were evident throughout the project and resulted in a beautiful remodeling exceeding our expectations.

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

This was the BEST experience we've ever had with a window installer. Roger and Nick were not only exceptional in their craftsmanship,but their personalities are just so wonderful. Super professional, detail oriented, thorough explained &everything so well. We know all about the quality of the windows we purchased. We can see the excellence in how they took out our old windows and put in the new ones... They finished all of our windows in one day and we hated to see them leave!! Our house feels and looks so much better!!! Can't thank them enough.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

We had our bathtub refinished today and it looks great! Brand spanking new! The technician for Pro Bathtub Refinishing in Phoenix did a perfect job on our old tub. He and his helper was clean, fast and even caulked everything for us at an affordable price. I highly recommend this company.

Contracted Quentin to remodel my bathroom. I watch Judge Judy. I know that if you look for cheap you're going to get screwed. Quentin came out last year and took measurements for my bathroom remodel, but I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. After checking with other contractors, and even contemplating doing the job myself, I called them back. I shared my vision, I asked where we could save a bit of money on me doing some of the light work myself, and he was very accomodating in that respect. I was able to adhere to my budget. I was able to flex my creativity, without any pushback, and the results turned out BETTER than I had imagined, like... way better. I plan to make an addition to the house in the future, and Urban Element will definitely get first crack at it.
