Our master bathroom needed some re-grouting work. We contacted many contractors to get estimates of the work. The estimates were good, but the problem we had was follow through. Days and weeks would go by, and it seemed like we were just bugging these guys. We brought in some professional companies to provide estimates thinking they would follow through. They could not repair the grout so they offered estimates to do a rebuild of the master bathroom. The pricing was outrageous!

My wife finally found Allure Bathroom Remodeling. John (the owner) came to our house, inspected the damage in master shower, and said no problem. He was so transparent and honest, that he told us it didn't make sense to do a complete remodel. They could do the repairs - and in a reasonable price too! We were ecstatic; so excited that we decided to do a remodel of our guest bathroom that we were never happy with. The cost of doing both projects was roughly the same cost as the single remodel that other companies offered. We settled with Allure.

The actual work finally came. We met John's son, Mike, and his crew. Our master bathroom repairs took ONE day. We've been faced with this problem for months and it was resolved in one day. The next part was the amazing part - our new guest bathroom. Mike was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. His crew was the exact same. Every one of them was trustworthy. We felt comfortable providing input and questions on the work. Everything went so smoothly.

We'd recommend Allure for any job, large or small. They were amazing to work with. If you've ever had issues with contractors not contacting you, or don't feel comfortable with the price of your estimate. Look no further than Allure.

Matt and Matt (yes, both workers were named Matt) were amazing. They installed my walk-in tub. They were amazing. They covered my floors with drop cloths for protection. They ensured to close the front door whenever they needed to go in and out because I have a cat who likes to dart out if he sees an open door. The work was done in two days! The Luxstone design is beautiful. Matt and Matt were very pleasant, polite, and professional. They kept me up to date on their progress. There is a small patchwork on the wall that needs to be completed and Matt noted it in the file that he will return to complete that. Before leaving, Matt explained the function of each dial on tub and also gave me cleaning instructions. Amazing job!

Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn’t seem too far fetched after all! Jeff,our installation professional, was on time, did amazing work and the finished product ( tub removal, shower upgrade) was everything we hoped it would be and more! Our Sales person, Kevin, was spot on when he explained everything that would be accomplished during the process from prep work to the finished product! Derek and his Aqua Therapy Tubs team of veterans replaced our dated bathtub with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower. He designed it to suit my husband's large size. After the job began we decided to extend the shower another 6 inches and Derek's team handled the change with grace and enthusiasm. The workmanship is superior and the bathroom is not only safe, but also gorgeous. The crews were on time, careful, courteous, and respectful of my privacy and belongings. Derek's design is beautiful and functional. He is knowledgeable and a great resource person. He sourced everything we needed and did it all within our budget. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and with no regrets or reserve. The team members clearly enjoy what they do and have the skills to make your dreams a reality. Thank you, Derek!

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

We had Todd Whittaker Drywall come out to do some patchwork and painting in our garage. They were efficient and clean and timely. I've never had a service person show up on time before. All employees showed up when scheduled (for the estimate as well as for the actual work). I would definitely use them again.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. My questions were always answered on a timely manner and they made it seem like a breeze. I highly recommend them for any of your remodel projects. I will be using them again. Thanks guys!

It was a very good experience to have Scottsdale Bathroom Remodels in our home. They made excellent suggestions where needed and saved us some blunders. Good job guys.

Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

I wish I could give no stars but I recommend doing your research before doing business with this company. Jeff is very unprofessional! This company lies about their services and what they are giving their customers. I highly recommend not using this company for your windows and if you do make sure your documents are done properly and you are able to clearly read what you are receiving before they start threaten you because they got caught in their lies.

Took my 1963 cast iron tub and brought it into the 21st century! Looks like it just came out of the box new. Great job. Pleasant experience. Clean and professional. Highly recommended!

Love the new bathroom!!! Bradlee was excellent at helping us make our selections. The crew was great, organized, and cleaned up daily.
