This was my first experience with a remodel. Phoenix Home Remodeling redid both of my bathrooms and they look amazing!! Great attention to detail, reasonable prices, and they finished within the estimated timeframe. Had our shower remodeled by Dreamstyle remodeling this week and absolutely love it!! We had a minor hiccup the first day with a miscommunication but everything after that was smooth sailing. The communication from purchase to completion was amazing, aside from that one hiccup. Donald H. and Tuff R. did and excellent job installing. Kept us updated t/o the process, and cleaned up well at the end of everyday. This company is worth every penny.

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Oh my goodness!! What a great job. We live in a house built in 1939 and Ray was met with many challenges to completely renovated our master bathroom. He did a spectacular job and always wore smile.

From the initial estimate to the final touch these folks were professional and a delight to work with. The project manager, Kevin, kept us fully aware of exactly when his guys would show up and what was scheduled to be done. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and highly skilled. Couldn't be happier with our new bathroom.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

They went beyond our expectations, from the design process to the completion of the job. Always on time for work schedule, left my home clean after each work day. Ralph Campa, our project manager was always available for any concerns. Calls were returned with in minutes. We will use them again for our next project!!
