Had toilet repaired, cost about $150. After about 7.5 months both parts of the toilet bowl broke. Spend a few more dollars on better products. Want it done right either do it yourself or use someone else

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Response Crew (Kelly) dismounted and remounted our gutters. Great work and despite some scheduling challenges beyond their control, they performed the service with alacrity. Kept me in the loop. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Johnny is my entire family's go-to guy. Everything from small jobs, to larger more remodel-like jobs, he can handle it. Johnny is an absolute professional in every part of his business, and we actually look forward to calling him when we need things taken care if we cannot do ourselves. This is the second time using Michelle’s Handyman service. 1st time at my home and this time at my restaurant. We had an exterior steel door fall off its hinges. George cut away the hinges and installed and upgraded with new hinges that closed the door automatically. He installed a bar drain and installed two solar spot lights on our roof to illuminate our logo. George is fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

If you need tile work done, this is the place to call! A big portion of my home's remodel project was tile flooring. I had fun picking out the tile for the first two rooms. But it quickly became overwhelming to try to keep a common theme going in all the rooms. I decided to call for help. As soon as Pattiann Jones stepped into my home, i knew I had made the right decision. Full of energy and ideas, Patti quickly put together a couple of designs for me to choose from. Jeremy and Jayce are the absolute best! I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! They absolutely are going to be my first call in the future for home repairs.

I didn’t have any major projects, it was more general handyman type of work. Eddie and his crew were definitely great to work with. My property was vacant, prepping for renters, and they coordinated with me across the country. Without a doubt great service, timely, and responsive. I will be hiring them again in the future.

We were selling our house and needed to have drywall work in several places and other miscellaneous things done before it was listed. We contacted several companies and this was the only one that could get what we wanted done in a reasonable time frame. They showed up when they said they would and got everything done on schedule. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because now our new house has a few things I'd like to change and now I have someone I can trust to actually do it.

Patrick has a good work ethic. He takes pride in his work and one can tell he cares about doing a good job and does a good job.

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.
