Excellent experience. Made inquiry by phone, then shared photos and information by text. Got a quote and appointment within a couple of hours. The work was done, as promised, 3 days later. It took one full day for two people, and the price was very reasonable. Extremely satisfied!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The owner is so responsive. He got me a quote and answered all my questions without me having to wait all week for someone to get back to me. He placed my order for tile on a Tuesday and delivered it to my home in Mesa on Thursday! He unloaded everything in my garage for me. I will absolutely be using AK brands for all of my projects and will send my friends and family to him as well. Thank you so much!!

If I could rate a zero, I would. The first contact with Andy (owner/operator) in his store was great. But then something changed and the owner became a nightmare. He talks WAY too much and it's very difficult to get him to answer the specific question you ask. He never called us back when he said he would and we always had to be the ones to initiate a conversation. He was unbelievably slow with everything and took us calling multiple times and going back into the store again to get any movement. He finally came to our house to price it up and when he told us the price of the flooring, we were happy with it. A couple weeks later, the price was suddenly about $5,000 higher than the original price he gave us. When I pressed him on why, he gave many excuses like there were a couple more stairs he forgot to add in plus removing the floorboards etc, none of which would explain the $5k jump in price. I kept trying to get to the bottom of it with him on the phone when Andy suddenly yelled, take your business somewhere else, don't come back! and hung up the phone. Really unprofessional company! Luckily the owner was so slow with everything, that we didn't start the project with him and are now going with the much better/cheaper/more professional Flooring Express.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We have been dealing with a remodel of a kitchen that had flooded in September. We have had many different contractors come through this last month to finish up, and Chris and his team have been the best- by far.
Professional, friendly, respectful and quality work. Thank you for such a wonderful way to come towards the end of this very long project.

The flooring came out great. Taylor was very helpful and knowledgeable on the different types of flooring that would complement each other. He was honest about the quality on the different pricing and didn't pressure us to buy over our budget. Overall great experience and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I am a repeat customer, bought my floors here a couple of years ago. Back again for a spec home. They always sorts me out with the high-end stuff. Pricey but the sort of homes we do call for it and Ive always had ppl at open houses ask me where the floors are from so they Sell!

From the start they were accommodating to my scheduling needs and the short time frame I had to get the work done. Pricing was discussed and agreed to prior to the work being done and there were no hidden costs. They showed up on time. Before they started the job they covered everything including my balcony to ensure that there was as little dust as possible to be cleaned up after. All appliances were carefully removed so that the tile could be placed in those areas and the appliances were put back with care upon completion. They helped me with picking the best tile layout for the space I was having tiled/retiled. My HOA has very strict rules relating to any work being done for my condo and they understood those requirements and made sure that there were no issues. They assisted me with picking the grout color which was not easy for me as there were so many colors to choose from. There was no damage done to any of the base boards and they cleaned up very well after the job was done. They know what they are doing and were very professional. The floors were done on time and look amazing. I would highly recommend them for any tile or marble work that you need done. You won’t be disappointed.

When we set out to remodel our master bathroom, we met with several contractors to discuss our vision for our dream shower. When it came time to choose the company that we wanted to work with, there was no doubt in our mind that No Limit Tile was our top choice. As an added bonus, we were also pleased to find Ivan's pricing was by far the most competitive. Ivan Montes, owner of No Limit Tile, made us feel like we were his only customer. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!
