I will have the next unsolicited RDX employee I catch on my property arrested. They ignore no trespassing and no solicitation signs and stop short of calling me a liar when I inform them I already have solar. I live near Prescott Az and this is not the place to behave like that.

Custom Home Services has been super professional, reliable and efficient in every single interaction I have had with them. Brad walked me through the process and was very kind and patient answering all our questions. We have been installed for over a year now and we couldn't be happier! The install was flawless, and we haven't had an APS bill since our system got turned on. CHS did exactly what they said they were going to do and I highly recommend them. If you have the choice ask for Brad to help you out. He's been doing this for over 6 years and is very knowledgeable.

This company has to have the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I bought my home in Maricopa. The previous owners let us know they bought the solar from this company. The system is a 9.1kw system. After a couple of months, we noticed that the system was generating less and less wattage, so I called the company to try and get some technical support. First they claimed they couldn’t help me until I sent over closing documents to prove that I was the new owner of the home. I did that through email and they said that they will call me back to follow up on the technician with a lady name Melanie. That was around 15 December. of course the holidays went by I was like OK I’ll wait maybe after the holidays they will reach out to me. I didn’t hear from anybody, so I reached out to them again. It was the first week of January. Another call center rep gathered up my information and told me Melanie will call me to go over any updates. I still haven’t heard from Melanie. So here it is, 26 January. I’m calling again. I’m being very patient and giving them time. They still didn’t have me in the system. Melanie still has not called me back and my system is still not working. It’s like these people don’t care. I guess they’re like way we already got the money for this so we don’t need to call or follow up. I am now forced to go to an outside company and try to start all over with fixing their messed up solar system program. What’s even worse is that this system has a warranty to it and they’re not even honoring it anymore. They are intentionally ignoring me instead of trying to work with me to fix their messed up system. SMH. I’m so frustrated over the lack of response from this company.

UPDATE:
Since posting my review the company has been very responsive. I finally did, on the same day that I posted the review, get a call from Melanie and about a week after a call from Melanie I got a call from the owner named Cherie (I don’t know if I’m spelling her name right) but they were very responsive. they came out they sent the team out they checked our in inverter they checked our solar panels and they updated us on everything that they were doing and everything going on with the system. so I’m very happy with the due diligence the company put in to helping rectify the situation on what’s going on with my solar. Though it started out bumpy the company has been great so I’m updating my review to show that they did take the time to come out and do everything they needed to to get my system on track and make sure that it’s working the way it supposed to be and I’m very happy with their service and what they’ve done.

Catarina and Alex R were really nice with us, they did a good job together. Alex approached to our house and he did a good job promoting solar panels. Later, Catarina visited us and explained us everything really well. We are really excited about getting solar panels now. Thanks, both!

I couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Sonoran Solar Power for our new solar system. Jared was incredibly transparent about how the whole process worked and took the the time to clearly address a few of the concerns we had. They also offer a very generous $500 referral bonus. I have quite a few friends that are also looking into solar and will be sending them all over to Sonoran Solar Power without a doubt!!

Very disappointed in this company. I would definitely not recommend Arcadia Energy. We've been paying way too much for APS and apart the solar panels. It's been more than two years now. ALERT....We're been FRAUD !!!. We've gone tired trying to call and no one answers....and when so, we don't resolve anything. Very poor costumer service very poor quality. This company isn't very honest and takes advantage of the elderly and non-English speaking people.

The worst place to work, super heavy shoes, the 10 hours you work there standing in the same place without moving, that kills you little by little, the rhythm of the hands very fast screwing the bases of the panels, and demand make production that if your partner does not work at the pace that you do, you do not make production, stressful place, and also the supervisor does not know how to cordinate people, it is a disaster, the work is fine except the supervisors.

The installation went fine but the sales department is a whole different ball game. I was given false information, I wasn't even made aware of helpful information that would have been crucial in my decision to even purchase the system at all. I have been told someone would be in contact to do an evaluation on the whole system and have not heard a word . Now I have made 5 payments on a system that doesn't come close to what I was told it would be and 3 SRP bills which were soppsed to be replaced by the loan payment give or take a $30 fee from SRP. Instead I am paying $200 a month to SRP + 138.to the loan co/bank. Now I ask you would you like to for heck of it just start making $ 138 a mo. Payment For no reason at all ? If you would I have just the loan # for you to start
