I’ve been totally satisfied with RDX. I was doubtful at first but even my loan manager recommended RDX saying that they had been in business the longest in the Solar industry. That was so helpful for me to hear that. It gave me confidence to go forward with my solar install. My solar pays totally for itself each month . I have not had an electric bill since my install. I have totally no regrets at all. So if you are having doubts I hope this review helps to further encourage you to through with your install of solar with RDX.

Although we had a few hurdles along the way it was good to know that Tate and Chelsea were always available to me and were strong advocates on my behalf explaining each step of the process. They were professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process from contract signing to the happy day when we turned the system on.

On November 15, 2022 our solar system was turned on. At that point we began selling our excess electricity back to APS. We were extremely happy with Fusion Power. Our first encounter with this company was with Tate who explained the entire process and had the exact statistics for our energy use. We signed the contract and were kept informed every step of the way - from design details to permit applications to installation dates. The installers were knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and amazingly tidy. We would recommend Fusion Power to anyone considering solar.

Jake took such good care of my family. After getting us a better deal than what we were told from another company, he walked us through the process and helped us along the way. He was honest when we told him about an offer he wasn’t able to match from the other company, but it turned out the other guy wasn’t be honest. So signing up through Jake was a great decision.

RDX is a very honest and transparent company. They have a very smooth process, and communicate really well. They use the best equipment on the market, with the best warranties, that is very competitive in price. The app makes it really nice to track the solar system and know what’s happening on the roof. The best part is no longer having an APS bill and only having to pay the solar bill, which is a lot less!

I am so pleased with RDX Power! Their employees down to the equipment! It was a no brainer to switch to solar after paying hundreds a month on our electricity bill… but which company should we go with? Looking for REAL and especially honest! And I’m happy to say that after a couple of months of research and dealing with a few other solar companies, we went with RDX! They came knowing exactly what my family needed, Laid it all out for me THE REAL cost. What I was getting ( making any changes to my liking) and a time frame. Everything was as I was initially told. Went even a little faster than they said! ??

My husband and I have had a lot of salesman coming to our door about solar. We booked an appointment signed up with Dylan and RDX. Dylan texted us every week with an update on our project , all the way until it was installed and even after the install he made sure that we weren’t waiting forever to get turned on. That was one of our concerns and he made sure any time we had question’s , he was there to answer them . We will recommend RDX!

Our salesman was very nice, but everything took longer than expected. I have to say that despite the issue. McCray and everyone that I have dealt with were courteous and kind despite my anger and frustration. I don't change reviews once I have posted them but this time I have. My solar experience was pretty good. Did have some issues. Most of which were with APS taking their time for inspections. Tate and Chelsea were both very helpful through it all. They kept me informed, answered any questions I had, always were polite and friendly, and helped to make sure I got my reimbursments from titan. Over all would recommend.

RDX Power is by far the best solar company to work with and specifically Jake Shreeve. After comparing several different companies it became clear RDX was a no brainer and Jake was the difference. Not only was Jake able to save us a significant amount of money off our electric bill, he also went above and beyond to make sure our installation went smoothly. His knowledge and professionalism is unmatched! I highly recommend Jake Shreeve and RDX Power.

Dylan Clark was my representative and proved to be apt and friendly while being ever conscious of the project. Highly recomended by me. Dylan is easy to talk to as well. Good man and team.

Beware this company has been known to install the panels and apply for the permit afterwards, which is wrong. Then they tell the finance company that the system is completed and in top of that several emails and phone calls went unanswered. Finally after contacting corporate in Utah most of the questions have been answered. I will not recommend RDX for solar ever!

Tate Foster has been an exceptional representative, keeping me up to date with the status of my solar project. I thought this was going to be a stressful experience but with Tate, it’s been the opposite. I’d recommend Titan to everyone!

I will have the next unsolicited RDX employee I catch on my property arrested. They ignore no trespassing and no solicitation signs and stop short of calling me a liar when I inform them I already have solar. I live near Prescott Az and this is not the place to behave like that.

Lying snakes I had Jacob S nothing but lies I have higher payments . His tax person never helped with the credit never trust any solar company!!!

Jake was so professional, kind and knowledgeable about all things solar. He answered our questions and was able to provide solutions to anything he didn’t know the answer to. Highly recommend RDX as a whole, but if you get Jake as your rep, you will not be in better hands.

I found it helpful and convenient that throughout the process we dealt with the same representatives from the company that kept us informed as to how our project was going and what our timeline was. We are very happy with our solar panels!

My experience has been vastly different than some of the recent experiences shared here. The RDX sales rep that knocked on my door was very professional. He wasn’t pushy and scheduled an appointment for a “solar expert” to stop by and show me an estimate for my house. The expert came on time and was very thorough in explaining everything, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. My solar just got connected a few weeks ago and I’m excited to see the savings going forward. Thank you McCray and Dallin (the two sales reps I interacted with from RDX) for your help!

Devin Fuller took really good care of us and was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I will definitely be recommending him to all our friends and family.

We paid $40,471 for a solar system and once we signed our contract they down graded our solar panels were purchased twice on us due to availability issues we were told . Project was promised to be completed in a two month period , after 3 months we were told another 51 day waiting period. They promised to pay our electric bills in full if project wasn’t t completed in a 2 month period but never reimbursed us for our bills. Once they ghosted us on our electric bills we requested to stop the project and get a refund , once that happens they stopped answering our phone calls. We than had to contact USA Solar Networks LLC who was expected to install our system and requested a refund for the payment as they were the company we paid the payment too and we were told they would get us our money back when they fee like it! We now have to get the Attorney Generals office involved and gained legal counsel. Consumers be ware this company will lie to your face and treat you like garbage.

My parents got solar with the RDX redemption group and love the savings they have on their power bill. They had Tyler Johnson as a rep and said he was very friendly and made them feel very comfortable. Thank you RDX

Our house and convinced us to go solar. He told me that the solar company would upgrade my panel for free. It was a lie took about 6 months for us and the solar company Titan to come to an agreement where they ended up upgrading our system for free. He also told us that the co-signer could be taken out of the loan after 6 months. This was a lie. Now my father in law can’t qualify for a house loan because he is on the solar loan. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

This kid came up to my door even with a no soliciting sign posted. He would NOT leave even though I was politely declining his offer. I eventually had to tell him I was just going to close the door and walk away and he continued to talk up until the door shut. I swear he was a robot. No apology for the inconvenience or thanking me for the time I sat and listened. Completely unprofessional......Go away Jaxon.

I had the fortunate opportunity to have Devin Fuller and Stetson Banks, two of Rdx’s reps, stop by the house to talk to me about solar. We have been having trouble with our APS bill and my husband and I decided to look at other options to save money. Devin and Stetson stopped by and did a fantastic job of teaching us the process of solar without coming off as too pushy. What they told us was exactly what happened. They were honest and helpful. I truly felt that they had our best interest at heart. We enjoyed our time with them and I would recommend anyone who is looking to save money on their power bill to them.

My solar panels are so sleek and RDX made the process super easy and simple. They took care of everything. My bill is so much lower especially during the summer months.

RDX representative came to my house, and repeatedly rang the door bell. I finally opened the door after he started to pound on the door. He was verbally abusive after I told him to leave us alone. If I see this individual around in the neighborhood I will contact the authorities. He drives a blue Nissan SUV, beware!!!!

I am grateful for the opportunity that I’ve had to work with Devin. Devin and Stetson came to our home and helped us feel comfortable with the prospect of putting solar on our home. I’ve worked with Devin for years when he was a salesman with directv and he has always shown us respect with the highest integrity. We have an install coming up with Solar and are so excited and pleased with the top notch service!

Dylan was my RDX power sales person that sold me on Empire Group Solar system in March 2021 and said I would not be dealing with APS after the system was installed. June 10 2021, the system was installed and ready to start delivering solar power. June 15, I texted Dylan and said the solar system was not delivering power, he said call Empire Group Solar. Empire Group Solar did not respond to any of my many messages until June 26 2021, and then they said the system was not working and they would fixit on their end, the next day they called me back and had me restart the system. The system started working but I had to pay 100% of the June APS bill and also pay for solar system. The system produces about 40% of the power needed in the summer so I pay about 60% of the regular APS bill plus the solar bill which gets pricey. Knowing this I would say not to get a solar system in the summer, maybe in the winter.

RDX Power has some amazing people to work with. Very smooth process and easy. Stetson was amazing!!

My experience with this company has been wonderful. All personnel I've dealt with have been professional, efficient, and most of all friendly and approachable. There has been excellent communication between customer service and myself at each stage of the project so that I am comfortable with how things are proceeding. Jacob has been great to work with. He answered all my questions, no matter how trivial, when we began this project to ensure that I fully understood what I was purchasing and what I could expect. The installation crew were, equally, forthcoming on how and where they were going to install the panels and electrical units. And I was really pleased that they left my property as neat and tidy as they found it when they arrived. At the moment we are still waiting for a city inspection and APS inspection/install of the new meter before the project can move further so I can't comment further. But I don't anticipate any hiccups. I do recommend Radix Solar. They have been and continue to be a pleasure to work with.

RDX personnel were very professional and efficient while installing my solar panels and through the start up process. They were very helpful and friendly while introducing me to their product and answering all my questions. I have just been activated, but I am sure I will be pleased with the results of the installation of their solar panels to my roof.
