Solfinity Power

I am so happy with my solfinity experience and my gorgeous install. We worked with Sofia Shaer. She came to my door and she was so sweet and down to earth. She was not pushy with us, as we are retired folks that have never trusted any knocker to enter into our home out of fear of scams!!! But she immediately told her she was just there to provide us with information. We sat with her at least 6 times and had so many questions. But she always provided us with honest answers. We love our new green home and can’t wait to be switched on!

Although the process was a lot longer than expected (looking at PG&E) I had a great experience with Solfinity. Mind you my project was a lot heavier than most solar installs as I also had a roof replacement done.

Tyler Taggard was crucial in getting the whole process started as well as completed. He guided us through the financing process and what our options were. What size solar system we should get in regards to our current and future use. He made us feel very comfortable through the entire process.

Were there any snags during the process? Sure but Tyler handled every issue quickly and decisively. The folks at Solfinity and Penguin were tremendous in getting our solar installed and running as quickly in their power possible.

This company is awesome! Thanks to Tyler Taggard, my house and rental are now fully-powered by sun’s energy! Tyler has an excellent customer service. He explained and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and was able to explain things in an easy-to-understand words. Above all, he’s good at communication. He constantly provide updates about the project through texts and phone calls. And thanks to the referral bonus! It’s a good incentive. Keep up the good work and I hope more people will take advantage of this program/deal.

Hell yes!! Thanks to Tony my faith in the solar company empire has been restored. Three years ago I used a different company named Green Light Solar and they screwed me super hard. Tony on a random sales call New that he could not make any money off of me because I already had the system Yeah going on three months now he has checked in constantly to make sure my problem has been resolved. Suffice it to say as soon as I get these panels off my house I will be calling him back. For real good guy

I worked with Tyler Taggard on a solar install on my home in the Bay Area and I couldn't speak any higher regarding the service, from first contact to install. He walked my wife and I through the whole process and made sure to stay in contact with the survey/permitting/install and final power on. We browsed around the solar market and were very pleased to land on Solfinity and especially Tyler on this project. Solar is a must for any homeowner, we're excited to reap all the benefits and even more so without relying on PG&E!

From the initial approval process, to installation, final inspection and grid connection Tyler made us feel informed, and comfortable that we had made the right choice for our solar needs. Rodney was very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to explain to us how the system works. He explained everything in detail even in the paperwork. He also came out the day of the install to make sure that everything was going well for us, and that goes a long way when people take time to come and make sure that you’re OK and that you’re not just a number to them. I definitely recommend solfinity power if you’re going to have some solar panels installed because you want transparency when doing a purchase this large because this is something that is going to be on your home for the duration that you own your home ,so you definitely want to be with someone who’s going to be honest and transparent…

Tyler Taggard Was our rep for this solar project, 5 Stars plus for Tyler, he was very helpful through the whole installation process and always available for questions to be answered, and a few issues that came up and there were a few. For that reason this is a 4 star review 5 plus for Tyler and 3 stars for installation crews. The issues that we had were out of Tyler's control but he was very responsive and made sure that issues got resolved and did his due diligence to make sure job was done correctly. Our solar system has been up and running for a little over a month now and so far so good.

I am very excited to get my solar up and running. It's been about a month 1/2 since the panels got installed. I have spoken to my local utility company and have been informed the solar installation is crazy busy right now and they apologized for my delay.
The installers got them up very quickly. I have to say Mark Kaufmann has been great at keeping me informed every step of the way.

Adam Jackman was unbelievably knowledgeable about the products he sells and is realistic in his approach. He sincerely worked with my energy needs to determine if solar was worth it in my financial ability. He has been so involved in resolving any issues or concerns promptly. Isaiah America (yes, you read that right) is a great sales rep to work with.I didn't want to go solar without replacing my worn out roof first. When he came to my home to work with me, he came up with great options to satisfy my situation. He sat in my home with my fiancé and I for over 3 hours giving us all the details about the benefits along with the disadvantages we could get with having solar and the solar installation along with getting my roof replaced all in one job. He was 100% honest about everything. He answered all our questions that he could and the questions that he couldn't answer immediately, he took the time to find out. He is always responsive when needed. He continuously checked in on us during the process.
I cannot thank him enough. I was a tough sell, and I now have ZERO regrets getting this solar installation and working with Isaiah.

As far as the work went, we had the roofers out within a month once all the contracts were signed and they did a wonderful job. My roof looks gorgeous. Very friendly workers and very considerate to our home.

After the rood was finished, Titan started the installation process for our Solar. First they came out to install a new breaker panel. They did a very clean job and installed it exactly where I wanted it to be. Next was the solar panel installation on the roof which was also a very clean job.

All is complete now. We are just waiting for SRP to do our inspection and then we can turn it on.

I will update my review when we are up and running.

For several months, my husband met with many representatives from several companies, including Kevin Clark with Solfinity Power. It was only Mr. Clark who was asked to return for a second meeting. We've had a great experience from the beginning. Miguel Melgoza is an awesome guy!! He answered all our questions and explained every process and how it works along with the many benefits of solar energy use. He is also quick to respond to any pop up questions we have via txt or a phone call. We were told it would be at least 3 months before installation, but they called us with an availability and we took it! We have our panels installed and are now waiting for inspection and the energy company to approve and hook us up to solar
production. It may be a few months, but it's worth the wait!

I live in Texas and met Anthony Jory when he and his associate were going door to door. The first solar panel company he hooked me up with turned out not to be the greatest, but he pulled me out of the deal before it was too late and got me hooked up with a much better company. He didn't have to do that. In fact, the day the install was supposed to happen, he called me up, told me what was going on and got me taken care of. He could have just let it slide so he could get paid.

He was also very mindful of my schedule at the time (which was nights) and only sent me texts during the day if/when he needed since he knew I was sleeping and I told him texts wouldn't wake me up. Any time I sent a text, I always got a response back in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him as your sales representative.

Sebastien Poulet here, I've been working at Solfinity for about a month now and it was one of the best decision i've made. The environment is amazing, everyone is super nice and the business model is in favor of everyone. It allows us to work with and for the people, which I've always wanted to do. I worked with Anthony Jory from start to finish, and I must say that him an Solfinity went above and beyond to get things done. There were some hiccups with the installation company but once again Anthony was there to help get it resolved. The process from site survey to permission to operate was seamless. Sherif Abdelmonem was my sales partner, and he was absolutely amazing! He was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable during our first meeting. Sherif provided a lot of information about my next steps and kept me abreast with delays related to the city's bandwidth. I highly recommend this company and Sherif as the sales partner.

Currently getting my solar system installed. I will add to this review after installation is complete and the system is online. However, our guide through this, Adam Jackman, did an excellent job for our family. Most importantly, he didn't oversell us into a larger, more expensive system. Just enough size to offset our electric bill so we can pay off our system early. It's good to know there's still people you can trust in this world. Adam Jackman is definitely one you can trust. Again, I will add to this review after the system is online and assess the performance.

Our representative from Solfinity was Josh Highfill. I must say prior to meeting Josh we had someone come to our house almost weekly trying to sell us on going solar - same result, not a chance. After meeting with Josh, he was able to answer every question we had and was able to provide evidence of everything he was talking about. We decided to buy our panels because of Josh. Even after closing the deal, he continued to stay on top of everything, constantly updating me through the entire process and getting all the necessary paperwork done. So far, my experience with Solfinity has been great! Artice, my solar advisor, took the time to explain the advantages of their solar modules, provided good supporting documents showing the cost savings and addressed all of my concerns with going with solar (aesthetically, initial cost, expected degradation, just to name a few). After meeting with Artice, I was able to deduce that installing solar onto my home is a great decision! I will update my review once the installation is complete!

Prior to working with Isaiah America, we would have various Solar reps visit my house with no luck. Mr. America was awesome to work with very thorough and professional, answering our questions. Mr. America was patient with me and my wife and was willing to stand in the Arizona summer heat to talk to us and show us how everything would work and build a relationship.

I noticed a trend. One of your reps contacted me about adding solar to my home. I did my due diligence and asked for reviews. I was sent here. I questioned why every single one who reviews suggested a different rep. I can reach the conclusion that new hires to ask family and friends to add reviews upon employment. Solfinity nationally has 2 stars. No thank you. Good luck fishing for panel leases because only a naive person would sign up for your offers.

I met with the representatives Joshua & Dolan; what a great job the experience from start to finish. The quality and professional service I received were beyond what I expected. The product is excellent, and everything went according to plan. If you think of installing Solar panels, I highly recommend reaching out to them.

Had a consultation with Will O’Reilly, and he made everything so easy to understand, and was by far the best rep for the job. He made sure I knew what to expect, and what the actual costs were. No hidden agenda, no feeling like he was trying to upcharge me so he could get more commission. Just a no BS good, honest meeting.
Solfinity has gone above and beyond for every question my wife and I have had since purchase, and they’ve made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way.
I wouldn’t go with any other company, if I were to do solar in the future. These guys are top notch!

This is my 2nd time installing panels on the same home.

Reason: the house wasn't fully occupied during the time(previous 2yrs) that the previous company used to calculate energy usage for the amount of solar panels. No fault on the previous company.

Dolan K. is very knowledgeable saleman with technician knowledge, very professional and polite. I was given a schedule of what was to happen and when. I was informed if there were to be delays, (NV Energy, of course), I was kept up-to-date on everything. He was responded afterhours to some texts.

I would definitely recommend him to family and friends and anyone that needs that extra information on switching to solar.

We have had the pleasure of working with Michael Maness this April for our solar purchase and installation. After having a 1.5 hr conversation with Sierra and Coby about solar and the foundation of it, I felt not only the passion they have for solar and it's benefits but also the passion they have for helping people! They showed me another side of what electricity can be for us and what it is. We just have to open up to it and experience solar for what it is!

They explained net metering, how you can essentially get free electricity over time and how the entire electric system works from the home down to the nuclear plants! It's awesome and a great feeling to know there's people out there like them that truly care and exude their passion as it lets us know they're not in it for the money, they're in it to change lives!

I worked with Joseph Leidner & Tyler Taggard and they were awesome! I was extremely hesitant to make the switch due to financial concerns. I had a lot of questions and they always took the time to thoroughly explain the process and cost. Install and activation were much quicker than anticipated. I think about 8 weeks. Great people & company to work with and I’m happy with the decision.

Everything went pretty quickly even after I did a change order and went with more panels, my sales guy Tyler Taggard did a outstanding job and was always there for my questions and always returned calls and text messages in a timely manner. My main concern was roof leaks on my 8 year old roof but so far no leaks and we have had a ton of rain here in Northern California.

I would not recommend this company they give you false information and promises. They never answer their phones and emails or text messages. As soon as things start looking bad they disappear. It's been 11 months and my solar panels are still not on and no one can give me a call starting from Isaiah America who was the sales rep, William or Patrick who say to be the owners of the company. They only care for there numbers and have no interest in the customers. They did this not only to myself but to my partner as well. We both decided to go with this company for our property's. Worst decision made!!!!!
