Best Home Solar in Phoenix AZ

I will start by saying that my Pep Solar system has saved my wife and I thousands of dollars since installed 8 years ago. For that Pep should get 5 Stars. However, there are unresolved issues that don't allow me to give a 5 Star review.

The first and most important issue is the device that is supposed to allow me to monitor my solar panels. It doesn't work and we are flying blind, so to speak, because we have no way to monitor our panel production. I was told by Bonnie of Pep Solar that the company that made the monitor, 'Mage Solar' either doesn't exist anymore, or that no one backs the warranty for this component (I'm a little confused as to what the issue is). She said, via her son, that they could replace this monitor, but that it would also require replacing a component on each of the panels... And that I would need a budget of about $8000+ to address this issue. (REALLY?! What good is the so-called warranty that you provided me?)

So I'm sort of stuck. I believe that I have a 30 warranty for this entire system... But Pep Solar tells me that there is nothing they can do for me since 'Mage' is, (I guess), gone. This is very discouraging. Why should we have to fork out $8000+ on what is supposed to be a fully warrantied system?

Besides that HUGE issue, I won't go into ALL of the problems that we encountered getting the system operational. It was a three week nightmare to say the least... But I digress....

So I give 4 stars because my electric bills are low. In fact, there was about two years where my bill could have been lower... But half of the system, as it turned out, was not working due to a poorly installed cable splice that left us without production. It took APS and Bonnie and me to figure out the issue. When the techs arrived they thought they'd have to check each panel. I encouraged them to check the two 'cable runs' first... at the junction box. I have an electrical background, and it seemed to obvious place to start since our estimated production was about 50% off. Sure enough, that's where the problem was. Poor workmanship by the lead installer, Jeff, caused that issue... according to the guys that fixed it (I was told that Jeff was no longer with the company). In fact, during the three weeks it took to install the system, he left the 'Mage' component that is no longer working laying on the ground in front of my house. I found it after it had been laying there a few days.

I could expand SOOOOO MUCH further... But I won't. Let's just say I'm glad for future customers that I was told that you have technicians that take more pride in their work now.

Suffice to say, our experience with Pep Solar left us with:
1) A system that is saving us significant money... YAY! ?
2) A system that we have no way to monitor ?
3) A warranty that can't be applied because we can't see what's happening as far as production?
4) An estimate of $8000+ to remedy the monitoring concerns ?

I wish I could give Pep Solar 5 Stars... But I've basically been told that they can't help me, despite the warranty... and that really stinks. Shawn, or whoever responds to this, how about digging a little deeper to remedy this issue. You are a big, long standing solar company. And I have been fair, in fact generous in this overall assessment of my experience with Pep Solar. I've even given you 4 out of 5 Stars despite the issues. How about using your influence to make us whole on this warranty concern so that we can once again monitor our panels?

They are a scam company. They lied to my wife about tax write off. Our monthly payment went up 100 dollars. We never get a tax form from them. They do not answer their phone due to they operating fraud and scamming people.

Don’t go anywhere else! This place is legit and sooooo friendly!!!! Price is always!!! A1 service for sure!

This company is the BEST when it comes to solar system installations. I did quite a bit of homework before selecting a company to go with. Aneva provides you with everything you need to know and follows through to the T on everything they state will be done. The panels are very high quality, and they also provide a free app to monitor the solar production real-time. I've had my panels since the beginning of September (delivered ahead of the estimated installation date) and I am confident they are performing just as they should be. I am seriously considering on adding an additional panel or two, or a battery back-up system.
I had my roofing company come back to make sure everything with my roof was still perfect after the solar panels were installed. The roofing company was astonished at the quality of work and said they would start referring customers to Aneva.
Last, but certainly not least, Aneva's costs are very much in line with what solar systems should cost, while other companies are charging many thousands more for less efficient panels and mediocre installations.
I will end this review the same way I started it - this company is the best when it comes to solar system installations!!

We used Watt Masters to replace many outlets, switches & ceiling fans in our home. They showed up on time when they said they would. The electrician was awesome! He was super nice, clean cut & professional. After taking a look at the items they gave me an honest and very fair price which they stuck too even after the jobs took quote a bit longer than expected. (That is rare! Other electricians we've used tack on extra fees or hours after the fact. Watt Masters kept their word!)
My husband and I were very impressed, will totally use them again and will definitely be referring them to any friends or family that ask for a referral.

After trying to contact many companies and getting no help with an inverter repair, Solar Fix is the only company that replied back. I'm glad they did. They quickly sourced a new inverter and had it replaced quickly.

Hector was professional and affable. He quickly replaced the inverter, showed me how to monitor my system, and made sure I understood. Everyone I spoke with in their customer service was great.

I am very happy with the performance of my panels. They have saved me money and I no longer wince every time an AC comes on! Tesla Solar did a wonderful job putting them up, they were professional throughout all steps in getting this done easily thanks to their expertise-I highly recommend you give them call if your considering installing solar technology at home or business

Yesterday, Blaze Energy installed our solar system. The crew was outstanding. They were incredibly kind and diligent in answering all of my questions.

We expected it to take them two days because we had 25 solar panels to be installed, and it did. We are thrilled to have solar power now and sincerely hope that all other homes will do the same. The men appeared to be genuinely interested in our project.

I know a lot of homes in Phoenix have solar but amongst all of our personal friends and family, we’re the first ones to install it and that makes us quite enthusiastic.

I'm aware that some solar installation companies are interested in working on commercial projects, so I truly hope Blaze Energy continues to serve residential buyers.

Sunlight Energy Systems, Inc. are the best! I had odd electrical short outs in my house and they found and fixed them all!!! They are very safety conscious with their work. Process moved pretty quickly and everything looks and works great. The only thing I can complain about is the maybe the third party company I was working with didn’t explain certain things to me
