What can I say from start to finish A/C & Refrigeration was amazing! Our air conditioner passed away on Sunday.I received 4 other estimates all about the same in price. Thankfully with Mindy the owner & her experience in the air conditioner biz she guided and educated me on all the units I was considering. Never did she put down another company it was so refreshing and professional. The most wonderful thing is on Wednesday in 2 nights they had my new AC up and running the technician Jeff is very experienced , professional and a true gentleman.Thank you again Mindy & Jeff A/C Refrigeration is simply the Best !!!

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

Great company, I had to get my AC fixed and they were timely and professional. I worked with the service manage Cheyenne who was pleasure to work with. I highly reccomend Velox Air!

When GreenID came out and did the testing Mike the tester was accurate and explained alot of what he found. I was surprised when all the result came out that my house wasn't that bad and the recommendation that they had was what I was already thinking and they didn't try to get me to fix irrelevant things. GreenID will be coming out and doing the work within the next few weeks.

My advice to you is to look no further. My husband and I have found our forever electrician. George is the best!

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

I don't usually give reviews, but these folks absolutely deserve one. They replaced my Solar Panel Inverter Cell Modem with hardwired connection to my router. They were ontime, fast, courteous, and professional. Can't say enough good about them.
