Best Energy Service in Phoenix AZ

These guys did what they said they would do. They were ontime and the tech that ran the crew at our house was very informative and knowledgeable! Our system has been working now for two months and I can watch the performance in KW hours on my phone each day. We are producing more than we are consuming but I don’t have a lot of data to report since our system is so new. It looks like we will be 20-30% over what we use so our bill should be around zero but I’m expecting to pay the service fee from APS and not much more. Or it may even give us credits for that. I would use PEP solar again!

Really poor installation and roof damage, customer service is terrible, Chris is the name of the lazy representative who we had to call every time for an update on our case because he would never call us back, if you’re looking to install solar panels just look somewhere else, I wish I could give them zero stars

Very competitive pricing and excellent warranty. Solar installation is pretty much as promised and they are a pleasure to work with. Always get back to me right away if I have any questions and have a great support staff.

I loved my experience with Universal Solar! From the get go they were very professional and easy to work with. Getting solar panels on my house was a bit of a process with obtaining permits and the utilities etc, but they handled every step-from sales through installation. I was impressed by the technology they use to project over the course of the year how much sun will hit each part of the roof to help decide if and where to get panels. They also have different financial options and help navigate what's best investment for you. And there are currently major tax benefits! Feels like a smart investment mixed with a really great feeling, knowing that the power I use in my house and to charge my electric car. Thanks!

Update:
After completing first year still very happy with Aneva solar.System is functioning well and production of Kilowatt energy was exactly amount they predicted. Follow up on my questions during the year was done quickly. Post instillation service is excellent, they didn't forget me after the sale. Hard to find a business like this these days.

Aneva Solar provided clear understandable explanation of solar energy and their products. I received a detailed estimate that was accurate and easy to understand. They use the highest quality products (from my research). Job was completed on time and after using the system for few months it is flawless. One thing that impressed me was Aneva's well trreated employees who were professional and well trained, This may seem silly but I noticed their trucks were very clean, it tells you a lot about a company who has pride in their own equipment and treats employees well. Simply the best.

I had a terrible experience with Harmon Electric and their door to door solar salesmen. Brett was the salesman. He had a Harmon Solar shirt on. He said he worked for Harmon Solar. The documents he sent me had Harmon Solar on them. He was very unprofessional and was not honest about the costs. I asked him to email me an official quote so I could compare it to the other quotes I received and he would not do it, he told me his boss wouldn't let him. He tried to play way too many games and I went with another solar companies and I'm glad I did.

Poor communication

Catarina Was extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with us to get the system we need at a price that was acceptable. The company is working fast to get the site survey done to make sure the system can be installed in a timely manner.

Our experience with them was great. They were the most knowledgeable of all the companies we received quotes from. They were always willing to answer any questions we had during our selection process and after the solar got installed.

Ms. Pawlenty was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable about her product, and VERY patient in answering all my questions. She helped me through the contract process when I was struggling with my computer. She returned my calls promptly when I discovered additional questions, and she was always kind and gracious when we talked. She was an extraordinary representative of her company, and the industry in general. I would recommend Anna to anyone considering a residential solar system.

Laura was a pleasure to work with!!! She solved many of our problems. Our solar panels are up and running!

I bought my solar system from John from SunPro Solar last December. It wasn't installed until February of this year but it was understandable because of the holiday season. John was good about keeping me informed on how the application for permits and if any delays came up. I believe that the solar system I got installed is working well even though my roof did not offer as much space as they probably could have used. All in all I feel very satisfied with SunPro Solar.

My wife and I entered into an agreement to purchase solar from AZ Energy Pros in 2021. The main selling point for us was that we could cancel the agreement at any time up until installation. This was assured to us by the salesmen that we met with. We ended up making use of that several months after our agreement (it is worth noting that at that point we had heard nothing from them regarding installation, but that was not why we wished to cancel). After we cancelled we did not hear anything more from AZ Energy Pros. The following year we received a notice that we had been sent to collections for thousands of dollars by the company, no invoice of any kind was sent to us. The company cited fine print in their contract that allowed them to bill us for absurd and made up charges due to us cancelling, despite what their contracted sales representatives had told us. We feel very mislead and mistreated by AZ Energy Pros.
