Desert King windows is definitely a step above most window replacement companies! The quality of windows and installation is superior to most! This is the best window company I've worked with and this is our 3rd home to remodel. We just love our new windows. The difference is amazing! I will always use and recommend Desert King windows as long as I'm here in AZ.

Before we bought windows we decided to look at there showroom,to our surprise nice girl gave us a tour of the factory. After five bids from other company's we chose Energy Shield.

I’m so happy with True Views customer service and installation. They were very communicative and organized from the very beginning. The two installers went beyond expectations when putting in our windows. Very professional and really went the extra mile. It was a custom side window on a wrought iron door and it looks awesome! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Earlier this month, we came home to our front doors wide open and the window smashed. Someone had burglarized our home.
It was 3 PM and most glass companies close by 5 PM. We called 5 companies. Four of them said they could come in 3 weeks. One said for 400.00 ,they would put some plywood over the broken window. Lastly, we called Valleywide, and they said they were sending out someone immediately. Chris came and even cleaned up the broken glass, before installing the window. We are forever grateful for their fast service and securing our house . We were afraid we'd have no glass that night!

From consulting to installation, I was extremely happy with this business! This company is very professional and was patient with me asking a lot of questions. You can't get any better than Everlasting!

It took them a few days to respond (but they could have been due to covid19 restrictions) prices were too high

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

Very great company to work with and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for new windows!

We have been very pleased with the LEI Window team. Our sales person Brennen was great to work with and Dustin Barron has stepped in to help answer any questions and concerns we had in the beginning. We had previously worked with another window company, however LEI's quote was significantly less, and so it was much easier to finish our project. The install went very smoothly, and the team was very friendly. So far we can tell a big difference in outside noise reduction. We are hoping to see reduction in AC costs next summer. I am also hoping that with the sealing around the windows, we will have less dust. We enjoy having the windows open, now that it is cooling down (they are very easy to operated). I recommend this company and thank you for working with all my questions.

I am a general contractor , these are good quality Windows , great product and pricing .
Lead time is 5-7 day .

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

This was the BEST experience we've ever had with a window installer. Roger and Nick were not only exceptional in their craftsmanship,but their personalities are just so wonderful. Super professional, detail oriented, thorough explained &everything so well. We know all about the quality of the windows we purchased. We can see the excellence in how they took out our old windows and put in the new ones... They finished all of our windows in one day and we hated to see them leave!! Our house feels and looks so much better!!! Can't thank them enough.
