Diane in the office is very organized and works well with us scheduling jobs to remove and reinstall the solar panels around our roofing projects. We highly recommend Pep Solar.

I had Solar Topps install my solar energy system several years ago. I interviewed three or four companies at the time and chose Solar Topps because they use the highest quality components. At the time and from my perspective, the installation company was important but the components were more important. It is my opinion that Solar Topps uses only the best components.

Also, I wanted to own my system and get the federal tax credits. I did and with my reduced cost of installation, I calculate my investment will be returned in savings in between five and six years. All components are warranted at least 20 years. Having been a business owner before my retirement, that is an OK deal.

Leasing my system and making monthly payments instead of paying the utility company directly did/does not comply with my preferences.

The actual installation was very well done. It looks good and is strong. It has survived several wind storms, including the recent micro burst that took down hundreds of trees in our area and took down three large trees within 50 yards of my home. Damage to my solar system was zero.

Further, i receive monthly energy production reports that allow me to monitor my usage and savings on an ongoing basis. My energy production is actually better than our estimates were at the time of installation.

I am pleased with every aspect of the work Solar Topps did for us.

I am a retired electrical engineer. I am picky about details. They are a very professional company with the installation of my solar power system with battery backup. They did a very clean and neat compact installation of electrical equipment. Solar array turned out to be very inconspicuous on the roof. I recommend them highly.
UPDATE: I reported a case to SolarEdge of EMI/RFI with my amateur radio and they responded quickly to remedy the Interference issue. Very professional in their response. Universal Solar Direct provided their team to rework the installation with guidance from SolarEdge Engineering. The result drastically reduced the Interference but it still needs some tweaks.

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I recently contacted Watt Masters to install some light fixtures in my home. I had a few questions regarding the fixtures that I purchased and also about the electrical in my 1970s home. Tom was very helpful in explaining to me the details regarding the install. I had them install 3 fixtures and also add an additional electric outlet to my backyard. They did a great job and were very quick to complete the install. Next is replacing my old electric panel. I highly recommend Watt Masters for all your electrical needs.

He followed up with the information of what he had found was wrong with my system, and reassured me that the system was now working at it's full potential. Tesla Solar were great to work with. They went out of their way to get us any information we wanted and did not try to sell us more than we needed. They took care of all the permits, were here when they said they would be, and were professional throughout the process.

My husband and I began looking last fall. We investigated the top solar panel installation companies and examined their reviews. Additionally, we looked at various blogs about how solar panels work, how they help save money, how solar energy benefits the environment and the economy, and various other topics. At the end, we identified four different solar companies, one of which was Blaze Energy. My husband and I then did even more research and educated ourselves on details like the projected output from a system, the best solar panels currently available, the normal project duration, and the anticipated output when the project was finished. Afterward, we were prepared to dial our selected businesses.

They were somewhat different from one another. With the exception of the fourth, I had never heard of either of them (including Blaze Energy). The prices we received were generally reasonable. I had a conversation with Blaze Energy representative. He met with us at our home. He was meticulous and professional right away. We informed him that we were considering alternative companies. The reviews of Blaze Energy and the fact that the good quality of their solar panels were referenced favorably in many of them immediately pleased me. He stayed in touch with us as we conducted our months-long investigation. I informed him of the other candidates. Because one other company claimed 100% production, my husband was pushing for it. We were awestruck. However, their reviews revealed much. I became weary because of the mentioned lack of personal interaction and service. After many back and forth conversations, we finally decided on Blaze Energy, dialed our representative, and things started to move.

After finishing the site examination, Blaze Energy determined that the output would roughly be 62%. This was the best output figure anyone could offer. We decided to get a new roof to support the panels. For a smooth project, Blaze Energy handled our permits and worked with the roofer. There were two installation days. One for the roof, then the panels. Two weeks after the roof was installed, the solar panels came next. There were zero issues with both projects.

The Blaze Energy installation personnel were cordial and attentive. 25 gorgeous panels were installed. After the installation, Blaze Energy spent the time to provide a follow-up session to ensure that all queries were addressed. They saw to it that we downloaded an app that keeps tabs on our daily output. It has become my husband's obsession. And certainly, we were taken aback by our output figures.

We couldn't have been happier with Blaze Energy, and that's putting it mildly. They were outstanding in all respects. Definitely recommend them for solar panel installation in Phoenix.

I've had a number of service issues and am month 3 with no solar production. Their online chat reps are good at telling me who to reach out to in regards to my case, but the case managers are unresponsive. I had a case open that closed after a new inverter was installed, but the system is still not working. I will also be directed to reach out to their partner companies to address my issues such as when any needed equipment will be shipped, but I do not feel that should be the customers responsibility, isn't that what I pay Sunrun to do? So my system produces 0, and my electric bills soar. Then I have to wait a year for any credit to be issued on my account for my service guarantee while I continue to pay my monthly Sunrun bill for 0 production. Nobody seems to have any sense of urgency to get things back to normal. I urge anyone considering solar to shop elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Direct Solar! I was very impressed with how helpful all staff has been throughout our solar journey. I was updated frequently and everyone has been so kind.
