Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Ulises did a super repair for me in very little time will minimal charge. This is what calling a plumber should be like. Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price. No fooling, the company is for real. They had a super qualified tech, Ulises, at my door in less than 30 minutes. Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

Using this company was a fluke. We dialed the wrong number, but we're still looking for a plumber. The lady was very friendly and we decided to use them (especially because they are family owned). 2 guys came (Christobal and John Paul) and they were very friendly and professional. They did the work needed and left. We had to call them back twice, but each time they came back without any complaints. They did not put us off, complain or appear annoyed at any time. The last time they actually waited around a bit to make sure everything was good. Thank you for being friendly, professional and fairly priced. We will call again if needed.

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Highly recommend. First time building a new home on vacant desert land, homebuilder recommended A-American and I am so thankful they did. My direct contact was Ken and he was phenomenal. He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

We recently had a water main break in the afternoon and Belsito Plumbing saved the day with a quick response time and plumbers that were ready to work and solve the issue quickly. The repair was made and the water was restored with very little inconvenience. I have used Belsito in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

our kitchen sink was backed up because of the wrong 'stuff' being put down the garbage disposal. this was on a Saturday evening -- of course! we had never used ReddiServices before, but they had someone out within just a few hours! Clint West (our technician) was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough; and he answered all our questions regarding the ReddiServices organization and the services it provides. I think we just found a new plumber!!!

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. I tried to complete a shower repair and broke the faucet cartridge inside the pipe. My wife told me I needed a professional. I made 6 calls to plumbing companies, no one could help me today. I have 2 infant grandchildren and my mother-in -law living in the house. The gas and water was off. Option One said they could respondwithin 2 - 4 hours . Two hours later Tim with Option One was at my door. After assessing the problem he gave me 2 quotes. They both depended on how much damage I had caused.Within an hour the repair was made at a very reasonable cost, especially considering my short notification. Both my wife and are are very pleased with the work and the professional tech, Tim.Option One will always be my first call should I have any new plumbing issues.

They were very professional, caring, understanding, and honest. They set me up with everything I needed and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff just to make extra bussiness like some companies do. I felt very respected and David our contractor made sure he explained all my options and help me select the perfect water heater and package I needed for my house size. He also made sure I got my veteran discount. From the dispatch person who notified me before sending the contractors, to the other office lady who checked in with me and made sure I was happy with my service, to the 2 contractors that completed the installation of my water heater, I felt very satisfied with their customer service. They are expensive and slow, but the worst things is that they left the job undone for a couple days (to do work on some other job) and left the sewer line open, allowing rats to infest our home (and making the home unlivable), and now are trying to lie about it regarding taking care of the rat damage. (I will update this if they decide to be honest, but so far, nothing but LIES!) Completely negligent! They are horrible! Never, ever use them!!! UPDATE: They said they would partially pay for my damages, but that seems to have been a lie as well, as they did not follow through. Also, I was told on the phone that if they took care of everyone that had a problem with their work, they could not stay in business. Hmmm... that must be a pretty big percentage of their customers? I wish they had said that before I signed the contract. What you need to ask yourself before using this company is Do you feel lucky?To update my review yet again, My Rooter agreed to pay for half of the damages they caused in my home. I agreed to that, then they rejected my signed agreement and said they would not send a check or agree to the resolution until my review was changed to a positive review. Seems like they are more interested in bribing me to remove my truthful review, endangering the public, than in actually covering any of their damages. Makes you wonder, with their admission that there are too many unhappy customers to satisfy and stay in business, how many of the apparently positive reviews were actually fake reviews that they bribed people to post... You've been warned to stay away from this company at all costs!!!

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
