Best Toilet Repair Services in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

First I would like to say how happy I was when I called Anthony's plumbing, it was the 4th of July weekend and I thought I had cleared a clog in my guest bathroom, three separate times when the clog backed up each time. So I reached out to several plumbers and Brandon texted me back Friday night on a 3 day weekend and went over what was happening with me in my home. He offered to arrange to have people come over the next day, then to my surprise Brandon himself showed up, he was professional and had all the right tools to do the job. He worked on my clog for over an hour confirming with his camera that the clog had in fact been cleared and my drain was finally open. He made several recommendations, but never pressured me. His pricing was as promised and even when working on a holiday weekend, he had a positive attitude and professional workmanship. Since I am in the real estate business myself, we are always looking for reliable and trustworthy people to recommend to our clients. Brandon is definitely my go-to Plumber whenever I or any of my clients need a great plumber. Thank you Anthony's!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cave Creek Septic Service!!! We had a major problem with our septic system just two weeks after moving into the house we recently purchased and are so thankful we found Ed and his crew. What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

Belcito Plumbing deserves all the stars they can get! I've used them twice- at my house to fix a sewer pipe and at my Mom's to fix the main water line to the house. Both times the job was done on time, correctly, and within the estimate. Mike was especially appreciated at my Mom's house. Totally professional, helpful by explaining things, and making her feel comfortable with the repair. Jay and his crew are highly recommended by us!

I used Reddi at apartments which I own to remedy a costly situation with a frozen water valve that wouldn't shut off. The technician showed up quickly, got up to speed on the problem, and resolved it quickly for a reasonable price. I just referred my sister to them over the weekend when all of the drains in her entire house backed up. Reddi showed up really quickly and resolved the problem right away. I'm really impressed by their service.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Full day septic repair with maybe 30minute break during work. Left the yard looking good and Aaron even tamped the dirt down to his prevent settling.

Arthur did plumbing repair in a bath. Had to cut tile and cut it clean, covered it back up. Couldn’t tell it was worked afterword. Also took the time to show me the leak and verified the repair with me visually.

I used Rooter Ranger for my first plumbing experience in my home. I had a lot of apprehension in proceeding with the company. My first encounter was with Joseph, he was very personable and easy to talk to, he explained the situation and what needed to be done. My second encounter was the next day for the work to begin was with Miguel. He was very prompt for the time scheduled. I liked his interaction with me how he answered all of my nervous questions.He was extremely pleasant and really knew what he was doing, even when he thought he had run into a snag in the job. He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. Second time I have used Mr. Rooter in 2 years and they are reliable, always on time or early and never an 8 hour window to help. They always get there within two hours. Luis was so great and very pleasant. He gave me several options to make sure I don't have another problem. I will not use another plumber. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
