We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

Zona Restoration is a life saver! Of course you hope you never need to use services like theirs, but it is sure nice knowing they are around just in case! A couple weeks ago I came home to find that the drywall covering my patio awning had collapsed and landed on the garden hose spigot, breaking the plumbing and causing a leak right at the wall. To stop the leak I had to turn off the water to the entire house. I called Zona Restoration and they sent a plumber out at 8:30 at night to stop the leak so I could have running water that night. The next day they came back and completely repaired the hose spigot, and even gave me estimates for several other repairs I wanted done to my house. This company is extremely respectful, on time, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of emergency help!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Cesar and his team do quality work. I highly recommend them and will hire them for my next project. They just finished water damage repair which included mold removal. They also did an amazing bathroom remodel, installed new flooring and are installing custom stairs. Water Fighters are great!
